It’s a scam please don’t buy anything from this site waste of money after paying money no response from them

If there is an option for minus -star option , I Will definitely give this idiot company . Charged almost 5000 and didn’t deliver any of the item.

Ugh, what a rip-off! I ordered something for a special occasion and paid 1600, plus an extra 200 for delivery. It's been more than three weeks since it was supposed to arrive, and when I tried to contact customer service, they said my order number wasn't valid. Now I have no gift, no refund, and no one's even replying to me.

Totally ruined our special day.

Ordered a gift for a special occasion, but it was never delivered. To make matters worse, I haven't received a refund despite multiple follow-ups. Customer service is non-existent. Would strongly advise against using this service.

I ordered one cake. But what I received was totally different and very low quality. Not even 400 rs worth. But I paid more than 900 for the cake. I ordered candles which I didn't receive. Also the order was not delivered on time. No response from anyone.do not place any order to them. They will definitely spoil your special occasion

They are making absolutely sure that they arm twist in getting the money without delivering. They've taken the payment without confirming that there would be any extra charges in delivering. Unfortunately the business is only made to make sure that they suck people's money.

It was unfortunate that I couldn't read the reviews before placing the order.

I did not take the refund as credit nite, as it'll not be used and the refuse to revert the payment.

Spammer, charged 2600 for a 400 costed cake

This is the worst and most pathetic service I have ever experienced. I ordered a cake, flowers, and balloons for an anniversary surprise, and instead of surprising my loved one, they shocked me with their complete irresponsibility. The delivery came 2 days late even after multiple follow-ups. These people are only interested in taking your money. Once payment is done, they completely ignore calls, messages, and emails like customers don’t matter anymore. Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest service. I strongly warn everyone not to waste your money with these scammers.

They shouldn’t even be s given a one star.

I ordered anniversary gifts and they didn’t delivered only half of what is been ordered. When we try to call and talk they disconnect the call half the way, they are cheaters and take our money.

I suggest not to order anything from them and if you order then it’s a loss of money time and energy trying to reach them.

I paid ₹1100 for an anniversary cake and flower order. No confirmation email, no order number, and the gift was NEVER delivered. After repeated follow-ups and sharing payment proof and full details multiple times, their support team kept giving excuses.

The worst part? They falsely claimed the order was delivered even though the receiver confirmed nothing was received. When asked for delivery proof, they had nothing to show. This is either gross incompetence or deliberate misrepresentation.

Once they take your money, customer responsibility ends. Zero transparency. Zero accountability. Total waste of time and money.

I strongly believe customers should avoid this website.

I paid ₹2400 on the 26th, including ₹200 extra for timely delivery.
It’s been 8 days—no delivery, no refund, and zero response on my WhatsApp or email.
Funny thing is, the moment I message them from another WhatsApp number, they suddenly respond.
That clearly shows you’re intentionally ignoring customers after taking their money, which is completely unacceptable.
You ruined my special day and wasted my time and money.
I still didnt get my money back.

I ORDERD MY WIFE BIRTHDAY GIFT AS THEIR ADD SHOWN SAME DAY DELIVERY BUT 4 DAYS OVER STILL NOT DELIVERY

I have ordered a beautiful flower arrangement in a basket which was Rs.999. They delivered stale loose flowers and just took the money. I have been asking for refund and they keep saying they just delivered what they had. Scammers. I am left with no option but to file a complaint for online fraud.

I won't suggest this online service to anyone as I had received bad experience. They haven't delivered the ordered items and not replied to my queries.

I ordered flowers for my Mother’s Birthday. They took money. But nothing was delivered. I contact with them many times, through WhatsApp, email, website, even call on mobile, but nobody answer!!!! They spoiled Birthday and this day!!! Shame on this company!!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! They are FAKE and SCAM!!! Unfortunately, I read reviews on internet too late(((( The Day was spoiled((((
