I placed an order on 2/12/2021 and have never received it. Order #4195. Same as a lot of you, I received an email stating it was delivered to me, and I have never seen it. They will not answer any of my emails, and there is no available customer service number. COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!

Don't buy from them! They take your money, never send the blanket and never answer emails.

5 Months Later and i still haven't Received my Order. I can't get in touch by email, phone and no money back. This is 100% Scam.

Order 2 blankets as well.. Same as others, no response no blankets no refund.. This is a total scam..

I ordered 2 blankets. It cost me 160 bucks. It was supposed to be birthday presents for my sons and we never received it. Sent multiple emails and still nothing. Doing it pretty tough to raise my boys as it is then this happens.

I ordered a blanket and pillow in February. It has been five months. Never received them. A total of $90.00 - POOF! Gone. Your welcome! Numerous emails and messages. No response. How you can sleep at night scamming innocent people is beyond comprehensive. Why don’t you operate a legit business or get a job and earn your own money instead of taking from others for nothing in return? I hope you end up in that special place for people like you!

I wish i could rate them less than one star. Never got the Blanket I ordered in March. No return emails. No refunds. Fake shipping info and a ghost website. I hate this feeling

Well like everyone else, I too ordered a blanket and have not received it. Shame on whoever is doing this and karma will come around.

I order two blankets, never received anything. Try to contact the company no response and also email change the website it’s a scam very disappointed

Scam!! Kept delaying my estimated date of arrival. The last time I went to check the whole website was gone!! SMH..

My mother purchased a fluffy blanket on the 3rd march 2021. Still from this date has not received it. Nor has she had any communication regarding her shipment. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Scammers. Also operate under curlysweety. They take your money, never ship, and then switch the site. Beware furryblankets.com

I am very disappointed in company. I ordered my Fluffy Blanket on January 20 th of this year. And it says it arrived March 4 th at sorting center. Well we are now May 19 th. Tried to contact company but I guess it was wrong place. Very very disappointed as this was to be a gift. Hoping no one else gets scammed. 😡

Ordered blanket in February - stated in transit, stuck in the same place since March, no response to emails, no response to phone calls, even rang the courier - all linked FAKE FAKE FAKE - trade under many names - EliteStrength Co (not linked to the UK version)

Ordered a gaming chair from them and now their site cannot be reached, absolutely furious as this was for my sons birthday, is there anyway I can get my money back?

Total scam. Don’t buy from them. They’ll take your money then nothing will happen. Lodge a dispute with your bank to get your money back. I worked in a banks fraud department for a while… show them all these reviews or provide them with a link which should help your case. I’d also encourage you to lodge a complaint with Shopify (their payments/order management platform) so shopify is aware that they’re fake.

I’m beyond mad, paid $107 aud for a blanket for mother’s day in Australia.
Ow I’m out of pocket money and no blanket for my mother.
Ordered 10th March still no tracking, no emails, nothing.
Sent various emails and no response.
No I have to wait up to 45 days for the bank to see if they can get any money back.
What a scam!!!!!!!!!!
