total waste of time in my case the print came out so small as to be illegible and they kept sending the same video how to fix it which didnt address the limitations of their programme

Amazing free resource! We had the best time playing with my Christmas movie-themed Bingo cards

We have been having issues with our cards disappearing then the system will give the person a new card. Now that we have gone thru all of our 100 cards we have several players that are unable to play. I have sent 3 emails to the company asking for help with this. I have not gotten one response from them. This has been a very frustraing experience.

Really user friendly site, good choice for personalising your cards and reasonable pricing. I recently had an issue and had to contact customer service, they responded almost instantly and went above and beyond to help me out. Would absolutely recommend this company and website for any bingo requirements you may have!

I found MyFreeBingoCards.com (MFBC) when doing a websearch for free online bingo games. After testing out three other sites, MFBC is THE BEST. It's easy to setup, easy to customize, easy to get cards to people (physically or electronically), easy to start/pause/resume a game, easy to check a person's card for winning combo, easy Easy EASY!!!
The YouTube videos are also great - large number of topics, well scripted, great production, easy to understand.
Customer service has also been great. I sent three questions late on a Friday nite (USA Central Time), expecting a reply on following Monday. To my pleasant surprise, a reply was in my inbox Saturday morning w/ answers and suggestions.
I will definitely let others know about this great website and service!!!

I cannot begin to explain how much I appreciate this company especially during the pandemic. I discovered this company from another friend who also highly recommended the use of this Bingo program. I have been using this Bingo game for the past two months. I had a couple of hiccups which were my doing. The customer service rep emailed me back within a very short time frame and rectified the situation within minutes. In both instances, I needed a quick turnaround. The customer service was amazing and professional. I have recommended this program to several friends after we have played the game. I hope it has resulted in an uptick in business.
