Great customer service, we did have a slight issue with one part of our order and they resolved it no questions asked.

I ordered the freshwater pearl bracelet but it's tiny. Too small for my wrist so I'm sadly returning it.

Very quick to arrive. Really good quality. Very happy. Will purchase more from this brand.

Initial product impression is good quality, although the test with any plated jewellery will be longevity through use.
I have two gripes that will prevent me from buying again though: when I'm paying £40+ for a charm I expect them to be individually protected to prolong their life - multiple charms were in the same material storage/presentation bag. Whilst a nice bag, this does not demonstrate or assist care for the product - any self-respecting collector of jewellery knows items should be stored individually to maintain the quality.
Plus, I don't appreciate buying something in an advertised sale to receive further marketing days after advising reduced further when I've already bought.
Attention to detail demonstrates a brand considering the customer and caring about their product they want you to invest not unsubstantial money in.

I did not receive what I ordered - the pearl drop online is on a circular gold ring the one I received was oblong. When I tried to contact Myfrkl for a refund I did not receive ant reply to my emails

Frkls customer service is outstanding! Orders are prompt and I love their jewellery! I have quite a collection now! The charms are beautiful.

I ordered my items last March 21 and until now (April 15), I have not received them. I emailed them about this but it took them ages to reply and didn’t really explain what happened. The tracking numbers they sent me are not valid. Terrible customer service! If I could give zero star I would!

I love, love, love the product. It is even nicer than I thought it would be. I was disappointed though to be hit with €65 worth of Custom Charges before delivery. Especially since I bought FRKL because Angela is an Irish designer. Couldn't love my piece more though!!

My daughter bought the little pearl bracelet for me as a birthday present. When I received it, it was too small. We counted the pearls on the bracelet on your site and there are 12 pearls, on my bracelet there are only 11. It is so small I think it must be a child's bracelet. She did send an email and you have ghosted her. I am so dissapointed as my husband and my other daughter bought me earings and charms from frkl as well. Unfortunately I think this may be my last purchase. Having read other reviews you don't seem to listen to your customers.

Bracelet is absolutely beautiful but unfortunately it is very very small. I have small wrists and it closes but doesn’t move. It needs something additional to make it bigger. Customer services were excellent and sent a replacement but it was exactly the same size. It was a gift for my mum it doesn’t even close around her wrist, she is looking into ordering an extender.

I emailed asking how i could buy some extra clips to attach my charms to my necklace, and a few days later some free clips arrived in the post for me! Brilliant customer service , thanks so much. Its little touches like this that mean i'll be returning to buy again.

Love the jewellery range!!! My partner got me the half pearl half mega choker and I'm obsessed! My friend love it so I got her one for a present.
The only negative is the customs charge of 60euro with no option to purchase instore. I accidentally purchased one earring instead of a set which was my fault but I wont be buying the match due to customs charge.

The candy drops I ordered for a friend’s birthday never arrived, customer service didn’t seem to know what had happened. I was refunded €72 but I had paid €80.95 including delivery so I was left out of pocket and with no product

I am very happy with the Frkl pieces I ordered. They are good quality and look great on! I had an issue with my second order but customer service could not have been better.

This is a beautiful necklace with a lovely weight to it.
A lot of helpful care tips provided on ordering, and it arrived in the lovely pouch to protect when stored.
Ordering was so easy and delivery to New Zealand super fast.

Love my items but what’s even more outstanding is the level of customer care. I had an issue with one charm ring and was kindly sent out x4 new charm rings without quibble. Really caring and attentive service that’s sadly rare these days!
