MICHAEL made my process this morning so easy and simple! When I was making my first payout request with MFF, there were forms that I had yet to fill out and needed to. Once everything had been signed and submitted, the payout request hadn’t updated any. I spoke with MICHAEL for a whole of 8 minutes and everything I needed was taken care of on the spot and before we disconnected for the day! Great support coming from MFF and especially MICHAEL!

I recently contacted MyFundedFutures support regarding a data feed and Level 2 (market depth) query, and I had a really smooth experience.

Oliver from the support team was quick to respond, clear in his explanation, and honest about the current limitations. He didn’t give vague answers—he explained that Level 2 data is still being worked on and assured me that users will be updated once it’s available.

What I appreciated the most was the transparency and professionalism. Even though the feature I wanted isn’t available yet, the way my query was handled gave me confidence in the platform.

Good support makes a big difference, especially in trading where tools and data matter a lot. Overall, a positive experience with their customer service.
