Great experience

Simple rules and quick set up with accounts. I have also used their live chat for a few questions about my account and they have been spot on with their replies. Completed 2 payouts on my funded account and both been approved within an hour. Excellent firm

One thing I love is their loyalty to…

One thing I love is their loyalty to customers. They’ve evolved over the years , rebranded, yet they stayed loyal and carried each previous customer along.
Their spreads? I trade XAUUSD so it’s kind of large at times but overall it’s good.
Payout? Within 24 hours, it’s disbursed. Had no issues so far.

I was really pleased by the CS

I was really pleased by the customer service experience i had with TALEB , he was working with me, finding solutions and all the possible ways to accomplish what i was needing, definetly an expert in his field.

My customer service experience today…

My customer service experience today was very much appreciated. Taleb handled my concerns very professionally, efficiently and effectively. I left feeling reassured and with restored confidence that I'm getting the best assistance possible and I have nothing to worry about. I waited less than a minute for an initial response and I appreciated that. Thanks Taleb again, your assistance was very much appreciated.
