Absolute amateurs – Deleted all my data and setup without warning!
This is by far the most unprofessional hosting company I have ever encountered. I had a 12-month free VPS with them, and once the period ended, they completely wiped my server and deleted ALL my data without sending a single warning or notification email beforehand.
Their setup is completely backwards:
There is no client area or dashboard where you can log in, manage your service, or check your expiry date.
Their advertised "24/7 Live Chat" is a total joke and never works.
You are forced to email a basic info-address just to get a response.
When I finally reached them, they shamelessly claimed they "had been waiting for me to contact them for 3 weeks". How am I supposed to know that when they send absolutely zero communication? To make matters worse, they offered to spin up a new server quickly, but completely blank since all my data is permanently gone.
Countless hours of hard work and platform setup have been completely wasted due to their incompetent systems. Absolute amateurs. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time and data!
