Generally this company is very reliable and delivers their gift cards in a timely manner and I haven't had any problems whatsoever, until my last $50 gift card purchases Monday week ago in which case the recipient I was gifting it to stated there was no money on it! This was extremely unfortunate, as I didn't have another $50 to purchase another one to send her. That is the only hiccup I have had with this company.
