I have to say a big thank you

I have to say a big thank you. I got immediate response from the team, they were so helpful and it was all done via email. They immediately cancelled everything, working on refunding. Thank you for putting me at ease and for speedy help. I can with all honesty say, a job well done. All was finalized within 8 hours.
