Unprofessional, unhelpful, unsafe
I had an account made with this website fraudulently. I'd never even heard about this website until they took £54 from my account.
The staff on the chat bot basically told me there was no way a fake account could have been made (even though they admitted they don't send verification emails on account set up) and literally told me it was my problem not theirs.
Thank god for my bank who are are stopping the payments from going through. I'm pretty sure it's a fake website.
