DO NOT TRUST. Given 1 star as there isn't an option for no stars. I placed my order over a week ago, paid extra for next day delivery. Nothing has turned up. No response to email, phone line is not working, and from the look of the reviews below Im not the first to be let down. I want my money back!

No delivery and had to resort to Paypal to get a refund
Since writing the below the company has refunded my money in full which is to their credit so I have changed the star rating from one to two. However, this was not until an email had been sent to them via Paypal. It shouldn't have to go that far to get a refund . No explanation or apology has been sent.
Unfortunately I shall not be ordering from this company again.
My original review read as follows :
I placed an order twelve days ago, but I have not received it.
I sent an email asking how the order is progressing but received no reply.
I have telephoned but no one is replying.

I cannot contact anyone and my order is still not processed after many days. The phone number does not give any answer since days and the email neither.
I see they answer here, so I have to put a review to be in tough with them and receive my order for which I ALREADY PAID next day delivery included.
