Generic Castle Greyskull
I ordered what i knew was a generic Castle Greyskull from He-Man cartoons what I got was a pack of socks. When I contacted the company they admitted the error and 'sent' out a new item that in less than 2 weeks said it was delivered on their website yet my post office couldnt even track the number they provided I contacted them 2 more times as they 'sent' out 2x more and kept gaslighting me. I eventually ended up getting my credit card company involved and got my money back. It was a total scam.

Buyer beware!
Buyer beware!
We ordered a Cinderella's Castle "Lego" set which, to our surprise, was sent from China. It took weeks to arrive - in a cellophane bag. The instructions were in Chinese, and the parts did not fit together. This was obviously a counterfeit set and very frustrating for my granddaughter, who waited so long for the kit to arrive. Do not buy from this company!
It worked! Not a scam!!
I was very worried that this would be a scam after reading these reviews- so worried I actually bought my daughter a 2nd Lego gift from Ebay because I was convinced it would never arrive. But- a perfect Lego Elves Kit- no box, but with all pieces, with instruction book. She is thrilled with her present. Item is as described. Tracking was correct, arrived as promised.
This is a scam
This is a scam. Nothing takes this long to be delivered. I have a very disappointed 8 year old who saved up for months for a lego set. It's been two weeks, the support email today said it will be here in 15-20 days. Sad that they are scamming using toys.
Honest and Good Customer Service
My 10 year old purchased a Star Wars building block set from MyHappyPick without my approval. After I notified the company, saying I wished to cancel the purchase and get a refund, MyHappyPick proactively and diligently followed up with Paypal and with me over the course of three days until they could get the funds released by PayPal (I had complicated things by disputing the purchase with Paypal, as well), after which they gave me a refund. Because of the nature of what happened, I can't speak to the quality of their merchandise, but I was impressed by their honesty and responsive customer service.
Paid $80 and no product received
Paid $80 for a starwars lego kit and never received it. No response to any emails to support!
