Order #50687 arrived very late. It is if very poor quality and is an absolute scam. Ordered on 06/11 and it arrived on 28/11. I have been wearing it since and have felt zero benefit, contrary to all its claims. AVOID.

ordered a bracelet from Hermio’s in October and didn’t receive it until December. Communication throughout was very poor — I had little to no information about when or where my order was, despite chasing for updates.

Overall, I’m really disappointed with the service. When the bracelet finally arrived, it looked cheap and definitely not worth the £28 price tag. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t order again.

This is an honest review . This will do nothing the add says , ive had my one for a few months and it did nothing . It does not look the same as the one in the add . It is just a bangle .

I reported a non-delivery for order YT2532200708147342 (tracking RELRRVK3TN3F). Although the courier’s tracking showed “delivered,” the parcel was not at my address. I checked thoroughly (including mailbox, safe place, and with neighbors). My Amazon delivery the same day arrived fine, but this one didn’t.

Hemios support (Lily) responded promptly, asked me to contact the courier, and provided a non-delivery affidavit, which I completed and returned. They’ve opened a claim with the courier and confirmed they will resend once the investigation is finished, with a tracking link to follow. I requested the replacement be sent via a responsible courier with signed-for delivery.

So far, communication has been courteous and responsive. I’m still waiting for the replacement to be dispatched. I’ll update this review once the new parcel arrives.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered over 3 weeks ago and received nothing. Lily from customer service just sent an email just saying there are delays. Lily is useless.
Now trying to get my money back but don’t think I will ever receive it back.

Took ages to come. Held together with thin elasticity plasticky string. Very disappointing.

Ordered buy one get one as pre Christmas Black Friday I received one bracelet and haven’t gotten the rest. An email is only customer service contact and someone named Lily responds and basically gives you the run around, requesting me to send picture if what I received, a screenshot of my order receipt, which I promptly did! I’m still getting the run around. Do Not Order this product. I’ve been scammed and have wasted time chasing this down and put my money and merchandise!

Very poor quality design. The 1st bracelet chipped within the 1st week and the elastic string (yes that’s how it is held together) broke, Hemios sent a replacement which last less than 2 months and now won’t do anything further citing their 30 day return policy.

Purchased my hematite bracelet without reading the reviews, bad mistake. Delivery time was nearly a month and when it did arrive the elastic started to come apart within a week. Purchased another from Hemy’s which arrived in 7 days and appears to be far better quality. Fortunately not a very expensive mistake but check reviews every time.

Too small for my wrist so leaves gaps when all the stones should be in contact with each other. The flimsy elastic strands break very easily.

Bracelets are absolute junk. Not what they say they are. Fall apart easily. Must return to China for a refund. SCAM.

Great if you want overpriced temu products because that is what they are country of origin is China its a absolute scam.

Ordered in August 2025, had to contact the company since it arrived weeks after. Absolutely nothing positive, no effect...SCAM, SCAM, SCAM...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!

Bought 1 got 1 free. They arrived after weeks, and soon became apparent they were rubbish.
The elastic holding it together was frayed and when i tried to tidy it, it broke and now i have just a pile of stones. I contacted them and they gave me a 40% discount which i accepted because i couldnt be arsed going to the post office. Bright side i still have one left to give as a crimbo present to someone i dont really like.

Do NOT buy, they take your money and you don’t receive anything. Immediately you get an Evri “we’re expecting your parcel” then nothing and no tracking information.

The damn bracelet is not even magnetic!! How could I have been that stupid enough to fall for this? Highly disappointed with myself than the cheap nasty ineffective trash I bought.
