No Problems with Evri by me
I know some people have issues, but I've never had a problem with Evri, due in part to our local courier being an absolute diamond. Never late, always follows instructions and if we aren't home he knows our safe place for deliveries so doesn't just chuck things over the fence or in the bin, or even send photos of other peoples parcels at other people's houses claiming delivery has been made (or that we weren't at home when we were) only for the actual delivery to happen two days later like some companies have (cough DPD cough) in the past at my address.

Evri Drop-Off Point Failed
I am writing to express my frustration with one of your partner locations, Premier Neighbourhood Store in Broughton, Bodmin Place.
I attempted to drop off a parcel measuring 32 cm x 24 cm, which falls within standard size limits. However, the store refused to accept it, claiming that the parcel was “too large” and that they did not have sufficient storage space.
This raises a serious concern: why does Evri collaborate with partner stores that are unable or unwilling to handle standard parcel sizes? Customers rely on your network of drop-off points for convenience and reliability, yet experiences like this completely undermine that trust.
If partner locations cannot meet basic service expectations, they should not be listed as Evri drop-off points. I would appreciate clarification on your policies and what measures you take to ensure your partners provide an adequate level of service.
This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope you take this feedback seriously.

The lady with the lovely smile
Well for the past couple of months deliveries have been very good with a very nice young lady who gives us oldies a lovely smile.
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. Shipped a parcel to a business. What did Evri do? Try and deliver it WAY after the 3:30-5:30 slot at 6:45PM. Long after close. Then didn't bother a second attempt the day after and just shipped it back to me. Utterly useless. Then you can't get through to anyone on the phones. The chat bot bollocks just pushes it on to someone who totally misunderstands the question and can't fathom that the issue is that I shouldn't have received the parcel and was originally the sender. Then they don't reply to any emails.
