Drive took the proof of delivery…

Drive took the proof of delivery picture while my parcels where still in the back of his van, with me not being home and this wasn’t a picture of my safe place this caused some worry & panic. Next time take a picture of the parcel on my actual property.

My safe place is an enclosed porch so…

My safe place is an enclosed porch so why was it left outside again? The fact that I was at home when it was delivered is irrelevant it was a cardboard package and would have been soaked a few hours later .

Ordered 2 items 1 arrived ok but the…

Ordered 2 items 1 arrived ok but the other never arrived despite receiving a message saying it had been delivered. Evri when contacted said they can't find our post code to match to an order. No body answers the phone it's all driven by prompt so can't get to the bottom of the problem. All very frustrating.

Never deliver to my door

Never deliver to my door. Packaging ripped.

Awful service and my heart sinks when I know anything is being delivered by EVRI.

Great service, our delivery lady always brings parcels to the door and rings the bell. She hands them to us with hello and a smile or leaves them in our safe place if we're not in.
