Very Grateful
My first experience was very disappointing. I was cut off in the chat. The second person was more helpful and explained things to me. I wasn't sure if my requests would actually happen and was very concerned. I received an email from the Escalation Team Management apologizing for the inconvenience I went through and assured me that my membership was cancelled as I requested. Not only that but they made an exception and will be giving me a refund.

They are lying,
I did not register to their site.
I purchase something online, from an other website. It is seen on my credit card as a payment to "myhikingboot.com". In 10-15 days they charged me again twice the amount (total 27euros).
I issued a complaint in trustpilot, they respond my entry and they said "they will refund me if I withdraw my comment".
they lied again, there is no refund as they promised (they send me an message)
