We booked an island hopping tour of Thailand through my holiday guide. We sent a what’s app including the dates we wanted to travel. The types of things we wanted to do and took it from there. In less than an hour Patrick responded with a full itinerary including dates, hotels, places we would visit ect. It all looked amazing. We were able to tweak the itinerary to our needs really easily, we included extras like airport transfers really quickly and the commutation from Patrick throughout was so friendly, quick and clear.
When it came to travel we had all the documents we needed, nothing was left outstanding. Everything was really simple to understand. We didn’t have a single issue with anything at all whilst in Thailand, everything ran seamless. Another special mention to Patrick who was always on hand to answer any questions throughout the build up / trip really quickly. Completely stress free, highly recommend if you don’t know where to start but no what you want to do… will definitely use again in the future! THANK YOU for a superb holiday

Kevin was always very helpful and offered good advice regarding our holiday. He always answered my questions immediately but unfortunately due to personal issues we have decided to leave the holiday for the moment. But I would definitely recommend Kevin and ask for him again.

Robert went over and above in sorting out a bespoke holiday package for 7 people in my group . He was very positive and understanding even when I had to ask him to change it several times and very professional. He always replied quickly and was very professional. I highly recommend.

I was a very nervous customer having never booked a holiday with an agent before . Eric looked after and reassured me from start to finish ! As it was a surprise for my husbands 60th he helped me plan a magical Christmas week in reykjavic, we discussed which excursions etc and hotels and he made sure that everything was absolutely perfect , we fly home tomorrow and hand on heart there has not been one single hitch

Patrick was extremely helpful and very responsive. We had an amazing trip across Europe combining 3 countries, planes, trains and automobiles. All tickets were booked through Patrick including the flights, train tickets and apartments. We were pleasantly surprised at the standard of the accommodations included which were all ideally located in each city we visited. Very impressed with the service and cost. Great experience using this company. Nothing was ever to much for them, Eric was my main contact and answered every question i had, fast replies and helped me every step of the way with great guidance.

I had a great travel agent ...Patrick...who was very helpful in guiding me to find my airport tickets....the hotels were really great. ..had an apartment in Vienna...with two bedrooms but within a hotel setting....the hotel in Budapest was a bit cramped....but the one in Prague was lovely..
With an amazing selection for breakfast and the staff were really helpful...

Patrick organised our whole family trip to disneyland Paris. Everything about the holiday was perfect. The price was unbeatable, private transfer to and from hotel was on time and great! Hotel its self could not of been better for the kids, breakfast included every day and 2 day park tickets for disneyland. We all can't believe how amazing this holiday was for the price and are already planning our next trip! Thanks Patrick!
