I am super fussy about strangers coming to my home and the 3 girls ( Thai, Marcia, Isabella) were absolutely lovely, efficient, quick, respectful and a real delight. I am amazed by the results and professionalism and their gentle attitude. they turned cleaning into an art form . Highly recommended and worth every penny ! I will definitely use my Home again.

Nile and Omar were very helpful and easy to communicate with before and after the cleaning job. We were happy with the cleaning and would use their service again and recommend to others.

I had a crew of 3 in for a much needed Standard Clean and my flat is cleaner and better smelling than when we first moved in. They took extra care with the details, and had great follow up when I couldn't find something. I look forward to having them back in again.

Really brilliant service. We booked them at short notice after being let down by another company, and they were able to turn up within a few hours, and do a very thorough, deep clean for our end of tenancy. The team of cleaners who turned up were very efficient, communicated well, and their manager was excellent. They left the flat and all of it windows (plus conservatory!) spotless! Highly recommended. I will certainly be using this company again.

Unbelievably good clean, brilliant communication throughout, reasonable prices... actually perfect.

We got an after builders clean from myhome, however I wouldn’t recommend it. The team are good regular cleaners but not experienced to clean after building work. We still had builders dust on floors, inside cupboards, and on tiles. The team were mopping chip boards floorboards which were waiting for carpet fitting! We got a second visit and was advised a steam mop would be used but they didn’t come with one - they have to book it from the office which they didn’t.

We were also charged 50% more than the original quoted higher price band, without prior knowledge till they completed the work. They had a supervisor on the first day who said they will need to come back and so therefore they could have informed us of the much increased price but failed to do so. They claimed they didn’t know how long it would take therefore supporting the fact that they are not after builders cleaners due to their lack of experience.

Very quick to charge after the second clean without a courtesy call despite me telling the cleaners I was disappointed there was no steam mop used for them to complete the job.

3 women came at the appointed time, spent 3 hours in my flat cleaning it from top to bottom. It has never looked so good. Great service.

I have used Myhome for my regular home cleans since my kids were tiny. I have recommended them to so many people over the years who are now regular clients too. Niall who heads up Myhome always checks you are happy with everything and Omar is so helpful managing the office. When the team arrives you get at least two and sometimes a supervisor. They work methodically through your home and dust has no chance of hiding. Bathroom and kitchen cleans are particularly fab- I am very fussy. I sometimes use their variety cleaner as well as the handyman service.
During this period of anxiety with social distancing the teams have ppe and they use commercial grade anti viral cleaners on surfaces so you really feel that risk is addressed and guidelines are adhered to. They arrange with you before they arrive where you want to be to keep safe while they are there. Myhome are a local company and I like to support local especially when their service is also the best!

MyHome cleaners were very professional, did an excellent and thorough clean, including pulling out sofas (and finding a cushion I had lost!) and wiping down woodwork, and finished on time. They were quiet (I work from home), efficient and helpful, asking me to check before they left if I was happy with the job. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be booking them again.

I booked a one off cleaning service, cleaners were very professional and very well mannered. Highly recommended.

I feel it is only right that I provide you with feedback following yesterday's fantastic effort by Andi and her team.
They all worked very hard from the minute they started until the job was finished.
They were extremely thorough considering the various obstacles they encountered, i.e piles of books, cluttered shelves and surfaces.Basically, they surpassed all our expectations. Would highly recommend using MyHome

Did not do a good clean, and then tried to charge extra to finish the job.

Be careful when using them!

I was very impressed with the way that my initial enquiry was handled, and astounded that the confirmation e-mail stated:

"Here at MYHOME, we GUARANTEE your home will be cleaned to the highest standards … and we make you this promise… We get it right … or we do it again. FREE!

If for any reason you’re not DELIGHTED with the work completed for you, we’ll come back and do it again completely free of charge.
Should you make any complaint about our service or standards that is not investigated within 72 hours … you’ll receive a full refund."

The two cleaners were here for three and a half hours and worked without a single break - and no time spent on their mobiles either!
The carpet cleaner arrived shortly afterwards and - amazingly - did not complain that he had to move heavy furniture which I (a pensioner) was incapable of moving.

Personal service, no misunderstandings about what is required, and professional, helpful employees. No hesitation in recommending them - and I have.

Just came home from our family holiday to find that the Myhome team had been in and as usual have done a perfect job. I have forgotten to cancel them before I went and am glad I did. There is nothing better than getting back from the airport in the early ours to find your home immaculately clean and a place of sanctuary. Thanks to the MYHOME team.

MyHome were recommended to me by a fellow Landlord, and we tried them on a one-off, part deep clean in N1 London. I was expecting may be one cleaner, but a team of four turned up, with a start and finish supervisor. The team did an extremely professional job, and with good equipment and co-ordination. The whole experience was top rate from booking to completion, and the tenants are happy. Recommended.

Really Delighted with my super myhome ladies. I just started using myhome in my N16 home in June and have been delighted with how they go about their jobs. They are always happy and helpful. They are a little more expensive but I would still recommend and have done!
