Scam company. Do not do business with them.

Almost three weeks after ordering a product from them, they say "Your order is on its way with your local delivery company and should arrive soon."

They gave a tracking number that doesn't match any delivery service I've ever seen before.

I don't believe any product, even a poorly made one that doesn't match the description, is going to arrive.

My mistake for buying from the company before researching it.

They sent a totally different product than the one in their advertisement photo and now want me to send all this, but AFTER I mail the product back to China!:
“The receipt for your shipment
The tracking information
The completed return form (included in your package)
Once we verify the tracking, receipt and returns form, we will proceed with the process of your refund.”
That’s BS from this crooked company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They are crooked, dishonest actors and other reviews I now see share my experience to.

Run the other way. It’s a total scam. My product was delivered two weeks late and in order to return it, I have to pay to ship it back to China, which costs more than the product itself.

First, their location (in China) was not made obvious. I waited for FOUR WEEKS for my order. Second, items looked like they were made of wood; instead, they are cheap plastic. Third, returning them for full refund is nearly impossible. Would have cost me $60+ to send, and process is convoluted. I had no trust that I would get the refund. Do NOT shop here!

I would rate this company a zero if possible. It’s a scam. DONT order from them. Ordered in October. They SAY my order was delivered November 24 and that it was picked up at the “postal facility”. I have a mailbox at my home. There’s no tracking for a specific carrier like USPS OR FEDEX ETC. it was a scam.

Beware of this company! Ordered an item that was nowhere near the item pictured. Requested refund but since company is in china must return item at your full cost plus tracking number. Will offer 20% refund to keep item otherwise you’re stuck with cheap crap bit as pictured. Online chat was no help in resolving issue.

I order the merchandise. It came out broken and when I order it didn’t have any confirmation email or tracking number or merchandise. ID number and when I email to the health center, it’s no answer. It’s some automated answer and they said you have to put your tracking number order number. I don’t have any of those, but they took the money out of the bank account and send me the broken merchandise.

It’s hard to see all these glowing reviews when my experience with this company has been a total disaster. If I’m reading their tracking system correctly it appears my item was sent to another state despite very clear instructions as to the state they were to send my purchased item.
Not only is there no customer service # or live person to communicate with - now I’m being told by the company representative who emailed me that the “only” tracking # on my invoice is not correct so they will not provide any service.
Would I ever in my lifetime use this company again - hexx no. Would I recommend this company to anyone I care about - what do you think?
