Excellent Server Pricing & Performance
I have given this 5 stars, but the upgraded services would make me drop it to 4. This is not something another user should hold against the company - it's an understandable reason - so I'm leaving it at 5 stars. I originally signed up and they had dedicated servers for around USD$30-$35 monthly with VERY good specs. The offerings were upgraded shortly after my signup and that price bracket is no longer available. While the USD$50-$55 price bracket is absolutely great for the hardware they're giving - it's outside of what I want to pay for the available resources. Dual Xeon CPUs with 16GB RAM and 160GB NVMe with 4TB SSD is great, but the inability to not format the secondary drive when doing an OS reinstall is an issue for me - it means no safety for the storage. This was tested with a Windows deplyment - not Linux. Based on prior experience elsewhere, Linux deployments give more control and allow you to not clear the other drive (/dev/sdb).
Overall - I would highly recommend the company based on the short experience I've had. Their customer service is beyond ALL other players that I've tested. Most replies in my experience took place in under an hour - some took longer but that's expected since there's a 7 hour time difference between me and them. I will definitely go back to this provider when my budget allows.
