Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Tried contacting their support via email and got either no response or a response that the tracking code would be provided within a few days. Tried calling their support phone number but it was always busy. Poster took 21 days to arrive even though I requested multiple times that the order be cancelled since it wouldn't arrive on time for our grandson's birthday. Would not recommend this company and will never use it again.

Regarding our communication, we want to ensure we're looking at the same history so we can improve. Our records show one email received on July 10th at 8:08 AM, which we responded to that same morning at 11:25 AM to confirm the order was already in the system for transit. We are concerned to hear that you felt unheard or experienced trouble with our phone lines, as that is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
While we couldn't halt the shipment once it had entered the final stages of fulfillment, we understand that 21 days is a long wait. We’d love the chance to make this right for you.
