Never delievered my order but took the money, then tried to take money again a month later. There was no way to cancel my subscription, eventually managed to. It looks like they have gone out of business coz their website has gone saying be back soon. Let's hope NOT yeah. A despicable company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Stay well away! I cannot understand how this company is still allowed to trade. They have tried taking money from me again, despite no order. My bank has intervened but this is a complete scam without a doubt.

I have ordered twice from this company now. 1st time my delivery was a good few days late, I called and they told me they had all had covid. My order arrived a few days later. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. Big mistake. My order should have been here no later than the 9th, its now the 15th, no reply to emails and according to my order status, this hasn't even been packed ready for dispatch! I have asked for a refund and still had no reply!

First order ok, all almost on time, second order money taken but no items.
Chat and emails unanswered, no refund.
Avoid at all cost, bunch of scammers!

Ordered pond pellets on 23 April, now 12 May...nothing delivered, nevermind the 3 to 5 day delivery promised..

No emails have been responded to, they don't answer the phone...
Unfortunately I paid by card , not PayPal, big mistake...

Big mistake ordering in the first place ,,,YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I subscribed in March, got cat food twice and that's it. Every 2 weeks, money was taken from the account and the karma did not reach me. I wrote to them about closing the account but there was no contact with them. Today I discovered the amount charged from the subscription again and I got mad! I found the reviews and checked that it is a scam. I contacted the bank and got some money back.

similar to everyone else although I did get my delivery eventually but my 9yr Labrador refused to eat it ( its the only brand of food he's had since he was born, i feel that there was something wrong with the food, contacted them via email and their website, never heard anything. maybe the food/brand is not authentic. also appears now the website is blocked

Placed my order and never received it. No communication, no refunds, not a word from them. Scam!

This company is a scam. Payment is taken but they don’t provide the product and don’t respond to emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Had a satisfactory delivery in February but over ordered and can't afford this next order now. Just been notified my next order due in 2 days and despite the promises on subscribing of being able to cancel easily at any time I can't find anyway to do this. Their 24/7 promise of Chat.bot or email is giving no response. One of the links came up by my Virus Check as phishing. Mortified.

I ordered my cat food on the 20th of March and have still not received it (April 13) or had any correspondence from the company. I had used them before so thought they were fine but this time round they have appeared to just take my money and vanish.

Basically a shell/scam company. Placed an order on professional looking website. Supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days. Emailed and sent messages after a week had passed. Nothing further heard. Tried ringing and was immediately cut off. Company clearly not trading just taking money and not fulfilling any orders Had to get a refund through PayPal. Disgraceful company.

Ordered on 22nd March and still not received order by 7th April. Emailed, sent messages and no response. Requested a refund now, very disappointed will not be ordering from them again.

Never had an issue before when ordering but this time no delivery and no update. Tried constant emails and live chat to no response. Gone to bank for chargeback for a refund.

This company is a scam site DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!

Do not answer emails
Do not send your order
Do not answer phone calls
Do not return your money.
It's now 3 weeks since I sent them £53.00 for an order with a 3-5 day turn around. and have not heard anything from them. There are hundreds of people in the same boat just read reviews on the other review sites

Same as the below bad experiences, I've reported this as fraud to my bank so they can also investigate. This company is a scam.

I do not recommend at all!
I placed an order for dog food on 16th March, however have not received a dispatch confirmation. I tried to reach out to them via e-mail, however have so far been ignored. Tried to call, but no answer.

Order hasn’t turned up and emails are being ignored. No wonder they’ve called themselves my hungry pet-that’s because your pet will actually go hungry. Will be cancelling the subscription and will be asking my bank for a charge back,

Took payment of nearly £56 for 4 x Felix cat food and promised 3-5 days delivery via DPD.

No dispatch notification received by Day 4 and no response to 4 x emails for dispatch date. Rang customer services and was informed voice mail was full and could not leave a msg.

Raised a complaint via Paypal who, after receiving no response from the seller, provided a full refund.

After checking customer reviews it appears I am not the only one. Plenty out there who have had money taken and no goods received. My error for using an untried company but at nearly £3 box cheaper than Amazon thought I would give them a try.

Fool me once shame on me.......
