Absolutely recommend. After doing a Diploma of Counselling and half way through the Bachelor - iict are for the everyday professional. Forget the ‘Boys Club’ bodies, go with iict. Great price for membership and insurance (going on three years now for me).

What I appreciated right from the beginning is an actual human answered the phone. And the person I spoke with had all the knowledge I needed. It wasn't the experience of just getting through to the first line of support who then passed you to someone else you needed to wait for. She was there, she was clear and articulate, and we had an incredibly helpful and productive discussion. She understood my situation and offered suggestions and insight. This then happened each time I called after that even though a different person answered. Same experience. This gave me a lot of confidence. They handled the admin in the time they said they would, in the way they said they would. Also, dealing with their connected insurance company was the same. They actually talked to me, AND emailed me back. An insurance company! This is rare. They just feel like a group who actually do have a focus on being of genuine support.

IITC is very reliable for Complementary Services such as a “Spinal Flow Students”, in our journey to become a “Spinal Flow Practitioner”. IITC gives confidence when starting out. I rate them a 5 Star and you will to; as, IITC are very business orientated.
