Resolution. Money has been refunded and subscription cancelled. Myiq came through .
Another update: Over 25 emails and cannot even get a response that the subscription is cancelled much less an answer about a refund. I have been asked over 5 times to provide the same information so that they can locate the file. Multiple times I have sent a picture of the actual Venmo charge. Am not at all sure I am dealing with real people.
Update: A day and a half spent on this and still no refund after assurance it should only take several hours. We have answered five different requests for the same information.
22 emails to the company. Hope that does the trick!

I did not knowingly authorize Myiq to take a monthly subscription from my Venmo amounting to $29 a month since February. I did not even know I had any interaction with the company. I am 81 and not very tech savvy. I have asked for a full refund and am waiting to hear. Don’t click on anything from this company. I will report whether I receive the refund.
I provided the company yesterday with a photo of the monthly charge on Venmo and my email. This morning, I included the reference number requested and repeated the identifying information. Hopefully, a refund is in the works.

Horrible, I thought it was a one time payment, but they roped me into a subcription and took $124.95 of my money that I had no idea about. I swear I looked everywhere and found nothing about this being a subcription, they hide it in there well. Buyer beware.

The company rolled over a one off 77 cent result charge into a $42.85 monthly subscription ongoing without my permission . They resisted a refund and pay pal refused to repay as well. Because MYIQ. convinced PayPal it was a legitimate transaction. SHAM COMPANY. BEWARE. STAY AWAY

Acts like a scam
I do not believe most of the positive reviews. This page acts like a scam. Lures you in and if you don't check the fine print you get charge $$$ and they do not give you a refund. DO NOT USE!!! Plenty of free services out there.
