They ask for .99$ for iq test results...then 2-3 days later charge you 44.99$ CAD claiming you 'subscribed', when clearly they made the UI so confusing so as to cheat you. Then, when you go to cancel, they will not let you until they've finished stealing the 44.99$ that you did not authorize from your cards! Facebook blocked covid data, but allows this total fraud to go on.

Beware of myiq. Myiq is stealing money from you even if you don't subscribe.I have begun requesting a full refund of $89.97 for November and two charges in December. I did not agree to subscribe. myiq.com charged my Paypal account. I closed the page and did not send them $.99 for the test because my bank has alerts not to allow anything under $1.00 to be withdrawn. Myiq.com continued to bill me $29.99 anyway. I have begun to leave reviews,which can be taken down, when I get a full refund through Paypal. Oh, the Paypal link they sent me as a resolution is a scam. There is no such link! I have reported this to BBB, and FTC.

My experience with this company (12 December 2025) has been exactly the same as others on here: I paid €1 to download IQ results and found €19.99 being swiped from PayPal a few days later on the grounds that by giving my email address for the download I'd taken out a recurring subscription. Luckily I found PayPal amazingly helpful, and within minutes they had stopped the recurring payment and refunded the unauthorized €19.99. Embarrassing, though, to be caught by an IQ test scam which showed I'm maybe not as bright or careful as I thought I was.

Answered some questions. Paid a lil one-time amount, and thought that’s it. Suddenly they charge for 20€?!

Support keeps asking for my credit card info and email again and again, even though the whole thing was thru PayPal.

I want to share my experience with MyIQ / GameIQ to warn potential users. I initially signed up for two IQ tests that were supposed to cost $0.99 each. Since June 2025, my PayPal accounts have been repeatedly charged $9.99 multiple times per month, and additionally an unauthorized €29.99 charge was taken from another PayPal account. If I hadn’t caught this in time, I would have paid nearly €200 for something that was meant to cost just $1.98.

Despite contacting their support multiple times, I have received only repetitive, formulaic responses, and my refund requests have not been fully addressed. I have attached my PayPal transaction history showing the unauthorized charges.

I am reporting this issue to PayPal, EU consumer protection authorities, and national law enforcement, and I am sharing this publicly so that others are aware of the risks before using this service.

Just like everyone here I paid 3£ for a certificate then was charged £30 and the bot is asking me the same questions .

Avoid! Scammers. After I lost a review on trustpilot they reply telling me they will refund. Just to show fake interest to people. Nothing! I agree to pay 0.50 for it test then they charge me £29.99 few days later. PayPal side up with scammers and didn’t protect me. So I will turn my back to them after 19 years. Lesson learned.

If I could score zero I would have. Terrible scam. Signed up for a £1 IQ test and have now been charged £29.99. I have tried to request a refund and just get repeated emails from a robot asking for the same details over and over despite my responses every time. PayPal won’t help as they say I authorised the payment. I authorised £1 only so considering getting rid of PayPal too. They obviously don’t protect us against scammers so why bother. Don’t fall for this.

This is a nightmare mistake. I paid 99 cents for a five minute iq test. To my horror they started grabbing money from my account every other week. I had to cancel my bank account. Don't trust these unethical, dishonest thieves. They only want access to your banking for their unlimited personal piggy bank. Beware of these scamming crooks.

Scam! Just a way to keep billing your account! My bank blocked it as it was a scam!

Paid 0.50 for iq test which they took twice last week and then they have just taken 19.99 for a subscription that l did not agree to. Wish l had read reviews before l took test! Have contacted bank and told them to cancel any further payments. Just a complete scam!

This is a scam/con site that disguises and misleads about subscriptions. They charge a dollar but you are signing up for a weekly subscription. And to cancel you deal with a bot . It's a clever con stay away from this company . I would say the positive reviews are fake look on product review.com for real ones as they picked up on this scam
