i bought the prayer mat in pink and it was so beautiful. The shipping was good it took 7 days and i am perfectly fine with the quality of my prayer mat!

Just ordered from this brand and I’m really happy with it! Everything arrived super fast and looked exactly like on the website. The quality is great and you can tell they actually care about what they’re selling.

Overall a really smooth experience, would definitely order again!

Wallahi - this should be haram and illegal. DO NOT BUY!

I made a purchase from this website and spent £80 - I did not look at the money and have any doubts as I genuinely felt like this was going towards a good cause and I remember thinking at the time may Allah bring blessings to this person for providing this service.

For your information I made the order on 28th of February 2026 and we are now in 31st of March 2026. That is 32 days ago.

Anyway, after receiving confirmation of my order I was notified that the package would be delivered within 2-3 days as this was meant to be a Eid present. This email was sent to me a week after I made the order.

Apparently the issue was that the name I had chosen was too long - I was left confused as why I am being told this information so late into the process?

So after giving them a new and much shorter name - I received an email saying that my order would arrive in 24/48hours.

Still…no response - after getting in contact via email I was notified that the “team” has raised this issue and are looking into it.

Keep in mind that I was spoken to in a very cold way and I felt no sense of responsibility whatsoever during this process.

Till this day I have given them many chances and the benefit of the doubt to keep my patience.

But I now come to conclusion that this is nothing but a big scam.

I have notified the “team” that I am not happy with this experience and if I do not receive my full refund back within 24hours I will take this matter into small courts - not only will I raise a complaint but I will make it my mission to shut this scam of a company down!

It will cost them much more than £80 as they will loose their business as well as pay for fees and be left to pay for compensation for this horrible experience.

May Allah forgive you for putting people in pressure and uncomfortable situations for they only want to get closer to Allah and this is what you put them through.

I ordered two items Feb. 17th a praying mat and the Quran speaker. I waited 6 weeks for my item. They only sent half of my order. So I emailed them and told they were out of stock for the book. That came with the mat. I stated the book wasn't the problem. It was my missing item I never received. Which they got back with me and said oh sorry for the inconvenience. I thought you were speaking of the book. Full of shit. They never got back with me about sending my item. I told them I want my money back. So I filed a dispute. These people are scammers. Poor customers service.

I ordered a prayer mat a thobe and a bracelet I paid for all of these items but I only received the prayer mat I have tried to contact them several times but I haven’t received any response
In any case please do not use the name of religion for something so trivial you are selling low-quality products imported from China or elsewhere while charging very high prices what you are doing is unfair it’s honestly unacceptable.

Order stuff worth nearing $150 and did not receive anything! No tracking no order. When i emailed them they did not respond and also blocked me on instagram. So sad that people use religion to scam people. This was supposed to be a really important gift.

Ordered my item 28/02. It is yet to be shipped, no update from store even though I have sent a number of emails. Complete disappointment.

Extremely disappointing experience with my.islam.store.

I placed an order with them and when the package arrived, they sent me the wrong item. I contacted them to resolve the issue and initially they apologised and offered a 30% refund along with some complimentary gifts as compensation.

However, after that conversation I asked them for an update about the refund and the replacement, instead of responding or resolving the problem, they blocked me on social media.

As a customer, I simply wanted the issue fixed. Blocking a customer who is asking about an order is very unprofessional and disappointing. I’m still waiting for the refund and resolution that was promised.

Avoid this website at all costs. I placed an order and was promised that my items would be shipped, but they never arrived. When I contacted them about it, they tried to smooth things over by promising apology gifts — which also never showed up.

Since then, I’ve sent multiple messages asking for updates and have been completely ignored. No items, no apology gifts, and absolutely no communication. It feels like once they take your money, they simply stop responding.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Broken promises, no accountability, and zero respect for customers. I strongly recommend staying far away from this website unless you want to risk losing your money and being ignored.

I ordered from myislam.store nearly two months ago and have received nothing but lies. I have sent almost 100 emails, and they either ignore me or send generic AI responses. They lie about their shipping times and the origin of their products; everything is low-quality and shipped from China despite their claims. It is shameful that they use the "Islamic" label to deceive people. Save your money and stay away from these scammers.

They say 2-5 delivery days but they ship from china I’m waiting weeks for my order!!
And if you mail then no respond! Don’t buy from here THEY LIE ON THEIR WEBSITE

I emailed and confirmed order as it was a gift for a big event so wanted to make sure everything was correct. They confirmed the contents. When arrived an item was missing after waiting 4 weeks for delivery.

When i contacted they asked me to show proof. I asked for a refund but they just said they will reship the missing item with minimal apologies. I will not be waiting another 4 weeks for a missing item as it will be too late.

Do not purchase the gift wrap for £3 its a small thin ribbon just tied in a bow and comes in a shein like bag. The tassles on the prayer mat was thin and shabby and not worth the £50 i paid. Shipped from China. And overall not a good experience.

The personalisation was the only thing of good quality. If i could upload pictures i would but there is no option for this.

I CANNOT EXPRESS THE UNPROFESSIONALISM OF THIS COMPANY ORDER PLACED ON THE 15TH OF FEB AND STILL NO DELIVERY LABEL HAS BEEN MADE THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING PLEASE AVOID WASTING YOUR MONEY ON THESE TIME WASTING THIEVES MAY ALLAH SHUT DOWN THIS COMPANY FULL OF SCAMMERS AMEEN !!!

I was so exited to receive my personalized prayer rug until it actually arrived! Not only did it take weeks to arrive, no problem but please don’t provide false advertising with “2 day delivery”. I ordered PURPLE and got BLUE! I’m so disgusted I wasted my money trying to support this online store. Next time I’ll stick to Temu.

i‘m so happy the product was amazing

I payed extra money for faster preparation and have chased them for 3 WEEKS now, still no order sent. They don't offer refunds and just use bad excuses.

Over Two Weeks Delivery?!?
Now you’d be wondering why I’m complaining, but I paid for express delivery and contacted them to say I wanted my order to be high priority. Wanting the parcel within the week, is quite standard delivery getting it under the week is what express delivery should be.
Told I would be high priority. Complaint No.1
Thought my order would be gift wrapped. Complain No.2
Thought my specialised Note would be included. Complaint No.3
Continuous ignorance from the social media staff, while they contacted other customers. Complaint No.3
When asked for a refund on the express delivery, and things I didn’t receive, which I paid for. I was offered barely anything. A mere 20% compared to the compensation for paying for a product and receiving nothing close to it.

I love the product and also received a free gift from them.<3
