If I could give this company no stars I would. This company is a scam and irresponsible. I ordered a bracelet 2 weeks ago and was guaranteed delivery for yesterday 4/29 and I receive an email with some bullshit explanation and telling me I wouldn't receive the item for another 3 days.
I don't know why they advertise delivery guaranteed when they can't deliver on their promises.
I won't ever buy anything from this company again.

I put two orders in. When I selected the second order, I was offered a 25% discount but it was never credited to me. I did not like that. I hope I receive this product that was just purchased since one of the promises they had made was not honored.

I recently received my ring in the mail. While it looked nice, it is terrible quality. I have worn it TWICE. I have not gotten it wet or had any soaps or lotions touch it and the bottom of the ring already has the gold color rubbing off. This is too expensive to be this poor quality. They won’t do refunds either, just a credit to use for another piece of jewelry. Why would I want to do that when the quality is awful? I’m so disappointed.

Absolutely great, I wrote a bad review bc the names weren’t in the order I wanted. Well I goofed! After doing that customer service answered my phone call immediately, they explained it has a latch.
