From the beginning to receiving my order, everything was perfect. I don’t have any complaints nor do I understand the other comments that have been left on the Trustpilot.

Ordered and payed fluffy art at 21 januari 2023. expected a long time delivery, but thought is was worth it. emailed with kahove a few times and asked me to update me aboute the order. They answered most time, but always weeks later...

Last 2 mails were not answered anymore, maybe because i was more clear about long time delivery and dont get any update or delivery.

Its now september 2023 and still nothing!!

DONT order here! they dont deliver and even worser, they dont communicate!

Don’t order. Kahove is a fraudulent website. Saw it in facebook and fell for it. It never arrived. I chase and chase and they initially just lied but now ignore. It has been a year.

Scammers! Stopped answering me and no product since December 2022

I have been emailing customer service about this for the last 4 weeks. Following correspondence with Jacob and Dianne from their team in early May 2023 a 15% refund was offered and accepted due to the order being delayed beyond the reasonable timeline stated on their website. I am still waiting for this refund to be issued, about a month later. All of my emails have been ignored and the phone number listed is fake - an automated message plays saying the number does was not found. My review stating that the customer service is poor has also been censored from their website.

Scam company DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY!
They don’t answer any emails, calls or any media messages.
I didn’t even get a confirmation email regarding my purchase!

I posted a three star review on their website and it wasn't published, they are clearly only sharing the five star reviews.
I ordered a Fluffy Scream art work. The colours are not as vibrant as the photos, and the "fur" looks much less rich and dense than the photos in person.
On top of that, it took over a month to arrive, despite the website saying it would only take three days. When I reached out to customer service, they did reply and keep me informed - but they should be more upfront about the expected production and delivery times and would have much happier customers.

I ordered the Fluffy Mona Lisa and later the Fluffy Scream. Both of them took about 6-8 weeks to ship, but they did arrive as expected. I particularly like the Mona Lisa; it's a good conversation piece.

I ordered after weeks of admiring the art on Instagram. Right after ordering I came across Trustpilot and my heart sank reading the reviews. Fast forward 1 week later and the art arrived! It looked just as expected and it was really fun using the comb to create shape and texture. Very pleased and also relieved so I wanted to leave a review to say thanks!

I was excited about their "artworks", the website seemed legit, and placed an order (#1126) straight away, without checking their reviews first.
I purchased my item last November and I have not received the product yet. They told me that the product was not in stock after teo months. Then they told.me they will refund.

Nothing yet. They do not respond anymore my emails. I keep posting in their IG, and sending messages.

Do not buy in this shop, unless you are looking for a scam experience.

You cannot trust this company! I ordered the beautiful mona lisa. This was sent anything but on time. I have had to email and call the company several times to get the item delivered. After 2 months they finally sent the item.
When the product came in, the bottom was very badly finished. The artwork seems very crooked. I have informed the company about this but have not received a response. Following this I sent them an email 5 times and several times a message via instagram, but no response either. Do not order here!!

Absolute scam
They'll send you either nothing at all or a completely different product and then will block you and refuse to refund your money

I tried to order back in Feb 2023… and my credit card kept flagging/declining the purchase. I did this 3 times, so it had me wondering and I went to their Instagram account… if you look at their comments it will say “30 comments” but when you click it, it shows 2 comments I suspect that they filter out and delete the negative comments. How I found out that they were scamming people is by clicking on a tagged posted from another user who bought an item from this company and there were a lot of negative comments of people saying this company is unresponsive and hasn’t sent their order. I just saw an ad by this company that said “over 9000 happy customers”.. which seems to be a lie. I believe my credit card company saved me the time and the hassle and stress. I suggest that you report this company and their Instagram page.

How is this company still around with these reviews? They shipped me the wrong product. It’s been 4 months of them periodically responding and saying it would be resolved “this week,” then disappearing for a month.

Their merchant processor should be shut down so that can’t accept credit cards. Going to get to work on that now.

If I could rate less than 1 I would. Been waiting on my item since January, they have not responded to my last 2 emails so I will go through my bank details dispute team to get my money back.

It's been more than two months now and I have not received the product yet, plus their customer service is inexistent (both phone and emails). At some point, I hope the UK authorities will shut down this fraud, but until then, make sure not to fall in this scam.

I will come back and edit the review in case something changes in the coming weeks. But at this point, I sadly doubt I will have to.

Fraudulent company. They took my money, never delivered the product I ordered and ghosted my email inquiries. They did not follow up on shipment or emails, but happily took my money. Do not purchase from Kahove.

It's been over 3 months and no sign of order. Had several messages saying order was on way but it wasn't. I have asked for a refund repeatedly and the company is now non-responsive. DO NOT ORDER FROM KAHOVE.

Adding new comment 17 May (so now its been 5 months) - the email address and phone number no longer work for Kahove. It's definitely a fraud.

I purchased their Monestera clog’s November 2022. Today is April 22 I have yet to receive them. I reached out several times and just received an email about manufacturing issues. Their website says the item shipped today days after I first reached out with no tracking information. March 22 of this year they told me they issued refunds which I have yet to receive and have received no response about never receiving my refund.

Kahove is a SCAM!

Ordered in January and still haven’t recieved anything. They email you that they are busy and will send asap. It has been 4 months now and still nothing. They don’t respond to email anymore and the phone is never answered. Please be warned for this company.
