Shipping is free and backpack came in 5 days. Backpack is not fake and for a great price! At first, I was a little scared to buy from here but now I'm more than happy.

They gave me a wrong tracking number, and even after one month of me asking where is my item they said I should wait. After waiting for my backpack for more than a month they told me about their mistake. Because of the mistake, I had to pay 60 euro fee, for my item being in Customs for 27 days. After that, they didn't respond to any of my emails. Now the backpack was 60 euro and the fee for receiving it was 60 euro. they refuse to refund the fee which was caused by their ignorance.

I’m in the US, where color options for the Big are unusually limited. Since I don’t trust Amazon for crap, I was prepared to settle-but thanks to mykankenbag I didn’t have to.

The Kanken arrived at my door from overseas in 8 days with free shipping. The bag is great; it’s Fjällräven quality, so that pretty much speaks for itself. The Big is perfect for school, and I’ll be back for a Mini to replace my purse soon.

I couldn't find many reviews for this website and was a little anxious about ordering my bag from them, but it was definitely worth it. My order arrived in 6 days which is really good as I live in New Zealand and things usually take at least two and a half weeks to arrive, free shipping and 30% off my order I'm super happy with the product I recieved. The bag I received is 100% genuine and very well made. Super happy, definitely will shop here again!

I don't usually do reviews but I had trouble finding reviews of mykankenbag.com and I couldn't find anything helpful so I'm gonna share my experiencing with y'all to help people like me. So I made an order on 30 Apr 17 for my first kanken (£46.04 after VAT and a 10% discount promo they were doing at that time) and the kanken arrived on 12 May 17, which was really quick considering the fact that it was posted to Australia! (The website mentioned it takes longer for the bags to arrive to countries like Australia, Malaysia etc). Customer service was great too, received prompt and helpful replies from the team. So overall my experience with mykankenbag.com was a great one!
