Excellent service from MKW Surfaces Ltd. Jesus and his team were professional, friendly, and very easy to deal with. Communication was great, the worktop looks fantastic, and everything was completed on time.

They even made us some complimentary chopping boards from leftover material, which was a really nice touch. Very competitive pricing too.

Highly recommend—definitely speak to them before going with a big national company!

MKW were great to work with. Our kitchen worktop project was small but they were immensely helpful throughout the job from planning to fitting and beyond, professional, personal and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend the company.

we had neolith very expensive worktop that was discontinued. We had it fitted 5 years ago but due to the previous company not doing the best job it ended up cracking. These guys sourced the last piece of the worktop in the country as its now discontinued and there fitter advice to strengthen the structure was amazing.. he created a support using the broken worktop and created a very attractive and clever support. price was as expected (not cheap) but I am very pleased with the result and I would say worth every penny.

We have used MKW surfaces three times now and each time has been excellent. The templating and fitting was perfect and we will use them again in the future.

MKW have been our go to for many years now, we’ve moved a few times and each time have needed a new kitchen top and each time they’ve been brilliant, going the extra mile to help and support us through the process of choosing, costing, advise, measuring and laying. Brilliant on all the above. Our most recent project was particularly tricky, but MKW nailed it on all counts. From management to the teams onsite, they genuinely care about delivering the very best. Highly recommend.

We wanted soapstone for our open plan kitchen. This company was the only one that was not scared to do the work and managed to do what other companies were just not expert enough to even try to do and they did it at a reasonable price, with professionality and kindness.

Easy communication, professional people and great products.

Unfortunately editing my initial positive review. I've had problems with both worktops I have bought from here. The products are of poor quality and although initial customer service was good, they soon get tired of trying to help. Major faults are described as minor and dismissed. Sadly I would not recommend using this company at all.

This was a protracted process from the start and the MD Jesus was smarmy and patronising. Anyway, we eventually got our Quartz worktop installed on Thursday, which was done fine, but in the process of bringing the quartz in and despite being told to be careful, the fitters damaged our newly decorated walls (these were not adjacent to the kitchen please note).They did offer to repaint it but sadly we are going to have to replaster two walls before it can be repainted!
The biggest issue is that they want payment upfront and accept no responsibility for consequential damage.
This gives license to the fitters to take no care with people’s property as they have no liability. Read the T’s & C’s carefully and decide whether you want to pay upfront when you then have no recourse if anything goes wrong,

Excellent service from MKW from the initial enquiry through to installation of quartz worktop. The team was very responsive in offering advice, answering queries and delivering on time. The installation team (Ion) did a brilliant job. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent job thank you. Jesús, Lana, Marina and team were so helpful throughout the process. The very nice fitter (Ion) also templated the job and gave useful advice and was meticulous about all the parts fitting (sink induction hob and boiling water tap). We were quite specific about what we wanted and Jesús sourced us a lovely Taj Mahal stone in composite which was my preference for daughter’s first kitchen in her open plan kitchen/living first London flat. Lana was great at keeping us updated and fitting us in to the templating and installation schedule. We haven’t quite finished the project as some building snagging to do but attached are a couple of early photos and can add more in due course. The incredibly knowledgable Jesús also went above and beyond gave me invaluable advice for another project I am doing in Mallorca which resulted in a similar stone “Perla Ventata” which he helped me source from Levantina. So they can even help with more complex overseas projects.
Happy to unreservedly recommend this dedicated business and I will be recommending to my friends and contacts. Thank you MKW team.💯
