Customer service representative responded to my email immediately and offered several solutions

I was super excited to try hair perfume, but couldn’t decide on a fragrance…ordered the sampler set and it arrrived damaged. I let Kitsch know and they IMMEDIATELY replied that a replacement set was being sent!

Immediate response to my email, thorough confirmation of details & offered to rectify the packing mix up. Didn’t have to return the duplicate item & order was made on my behalf to ship the missing item!

I had placed an order on 2/22/26. Unfortunately, my order did not arrive due to shipping issues. I contacted Kitsch's team, and Eden took care of my request expeditiously. I will be receiving a replacement order, and it only took 10 minutes out of my busy day to take care of this issue. Thank you!

I had a package accidentally shipped to an old address. USPS was able to initiate a return and Kitsch sent out a replacement to the correct address right away. Phenomenal response time and superior customer service!!

I love the shampoo bars that makes my hair so nice and I've been using these since last year I believe but I got my two daughters hooked on them they love them as well and they use my grandkids they like them and then I just got that air cream that stuff is fabulous it makes my curls super nice cuz I'm very curly hair and it's been hard finding something that really works on your hair and makes it nice and what's also nice is in the next day I just have to spray it with water and it looks just like it did in the day before when I washed it it keeps the curl and you only have to use one product it's wonderful and about the size of a dime it's great love it love it love it love it

Had i been more invested would probably have walked way from process....started 2 years ago after noticing thinning and dullness of hair as arriving into mid 70's....basically hair is in short buzz cut so didn't require much product (still using original bars) and there wasn't a multitude of hair to guage successs......about month ago, aware of heat radiating from head which meant a change occurring re texture thickness density and weight of hair....this stuff was actually working - my indifference to process gave time for this product to be what it claims to be....if in a rush or looking for immediate results - good luck.....2 years waiting was fine by me....

My recent experience with their customer service handling of my order issue was truly exceptional— particularly prompt and efficient.
I had received my order with a missing product but once I got in touch with their customer service they quickly made me a new order for that missing item, effectively resolving everything.
Additionally, I appreciated the attention given to my feedback regarding the packaging of my order. It really reinforced my positive view of Kitsch.

Order was mispackaged and I received one wrong item and was missing the correct item. I emailed Kitsch and they responded same day with refund offer or to send the correct item. They're sending me the correct item.

Update*** I feel it’s only fair to update this review and change the rating from 3 to 5 stars! although at the first it did appear that I would have had to pay unexpected customs fees by not being aware it was being shipped from states due to it not saying on the website at purchase it has been one of the best experiences of service iv had. The prepaid label for customs is fantastic and a wonderful thing that make it so simple I’d never had that with a international order before I had no idea they existed the parcel arrived in no time straight to my house I didn’t even have to go and collect it due to this I felt my old review was unjust and mainly due to jus simply not being aware I apologise and thank you so much 😊

not very impressed with the website! this brand is stocked in Boots uk I already have one of the satin pillowcases so decided to order a few more things ordered everything no problem. I then get my confirmation email through and it’s in US dollars which I found abit strange after quite abit of research I finally find out the warehouse is in the US they ship from and there isn’t a uk based warehouse so now I’m going to be hit with customs charges and a load of messing about with getting a hold of the parcel when it’s finally shipped! Some info when paying on the website letting you know this is an international order would have been nice!

I placed an order after using their product because i really like the hair products. However the website was very challenging to get the shipping address and coupon code added. There was no place to cancle order. I googled contact Kitsch. Wow what a surprise, late at night I had an email sent beck to me with actual support! Which turned my whole experience to the best I have ever had! This company actually CARES about their customers. I will continue using their products because not that the product is wonderful because it is BUT the amazing FAST customer service response made me feel they really care about you personally. Thank you Kitsch for putting your customers first priority!
