I only received half of my order, and no one will respond to any emails. And the phone number won’t connect, so I cannot call them. Their support is unreachable, and my CC Dispute was overturned due to them having shipping information for the half I did receive.

There is no number to contact. Sent to wrong address and tried immediately to contact via email. No response after three attempts but just shipped to wrong address. Do not use.

Sent me the wrong size pillow cases and they won’t respond to my emails. There is no other way to contact them either. Horrible customer service if you limit your contact information and won’t respond.

I was sent the wrong items, I have wrote them emails to both emails, have wrote them on every social media platform available and tried their phone number. NOTHING!! I will never buy from this company again.

I need to return the bonnet and get a larger size. I have sent them 6 emails and NO Answers! Their customer service is terrible. Their website is not working at all!

I have been waiting for their response for more than 15 days. They made a mistake with my order, and there is no way to contact them.

They sent me someone else's order. As far as I can tell, their customer service doesn't actually exist. Emailed two different accounts, Instagrammed them, called them using the phone number provided by shop -- nada.

Ordered MULBERRY SILK SCRUNCHIES COMBOS WITH DISPLAY BOX. It was the wrong color. Item is $13. They don't do exchanges. They want you to pay a $4 restocking fee for THEIR mistake and then expect you to order from them again. I had to looked up this BS on their FAQ page myself because their "contact us" link under the section "customer care" leads to NOTHING. There is no "display box". It came in a plastic bag. I would not have cared if they never mentioned it but why bother lie about something so stupid??? Scrunchie elastic seems super tight compared to generic drugstore brand. Not sure if this is a pro or a con. That's up to you to decide. Going to order off Blissy after this.

Scam company. Do not buy from them. I have been waiting for my package for 7 months. This whole time, it is has been “getting ready to ship” according to the tracking. I emailed them to let them know and to update my new address since I was moving. They apologized and said they’ll update the address right away. A couple weeks go by and the address still has not been updated. Not to mention, still no address with shipping. I try to call them: no answer or option to leave a voice mail. I send them an email: no response. I try to Facebook message them: failed message. I tried to log back into my account with my email, and it says my account doesn’t exist??

I paid 136 for a pink silk pajamas and mask. I got a black robe and no reply after contacting them several times

MYK Silk claims that they have international delivery but in reality they don’t

I have sent many emails they’re accusing COVID-19 pandemic and UPS meanwhile life is normal in my country and I’m receiving my shipments from different websites and different countries without any problems

unfortunately until today Jun12,2020 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SHIPMENT NOR MY MONEY
