Our community went ahead and hired this company to do our high-speed internet I called customer service to see if those wireless and perhaps that I could speak to a technician or someone could come out and give me some info and she could not answer my question with it it was wireless or not she kept talking about being installed to my TV not something that I was looking forward to so I think I'm going to go ahead and stay with T-Mobile even though my community is offering it for free I rather pay out of park and be happy

I live at river palms rv resort thonotosassa florida I have been trying to get internet for over a month now. Mike, that does the installation here in the park will not hook me up. I have called kwikbit 7 times and told them what was going on. And they would do nothing about it now. I had the guy from kwikbit just now called me and lied to me and told me that they're not hooking no body up right now. But all dsy he keep telling me that Mike was coming to hook me up They are very bad for lying to me and Mike is lazy and he will not hook me up. Because I have an ex that lives in the park. And this is why he won't hook me up? I think that is very unfair to me..So based on all of this that I know, I will never use them and Mike needs to stop lying and stop trading people like he does, So, letting you know if you ever come to this Park do not use kwikbit cause it will never get hook up if you wait on Mike to do it, I think as a business owner that they should not let Mike treat their customers like that

Extremely fast delivery. Used them before a while ago back then I was little unsure because website and items sold seem iffy but I was wrong and extremely fast efficient delivery of products not easily available in UK. Although some prices are a little to steep.

Item was fair priced but would be better if it was inc vat when shown also they should state plus postage & cost
When ordered conformation email said 1-2 days it took 3 and for the size of the item £4.99 is grossly overpriced for delivery
