I ordered two items from the website. My order was automatically acknowledged by email and arrived one day earlier than estimated. The parts were properly wrapped and exactly what I ordered. I received another email telling me the order had been delivered after I had picked it up from the post office.
They send by priority mail, so the shipping is a bit more expensive ($15) than the minimum possible.
