I have been buying from MLC for several years and always been happy with the quality of the fabric which is why I continue to shop with them.

Exactly the same as the last review left - yesterday I received my first order from My Little Coupon which was for 4 fabrics: one was missing, and it was the one I was most looking forward to receiving. We all make mistakes and I immediately rang them and was able to speak to someone who said they would ring me back, they asked what was missing and I told them and gave them the order number.
Nothing from them since then: they are clearly not taking my calls, and no replies to emails.
It makes a sensible purchase very expensive if I only have 3 of the fabrics, but the disappointment is not so much the error unless it's deliberate, but the lack of any solution and just silence. Not good business practice, I was very disappointed.

But - they got back to me after a couple of days. I have been given a credit note for my next purchase: and an apology: great customer service. I think they are a young business but a holding email to let me know they were dealing with it would have been better than silence.
It worked out: and the fabrics are really great. Alls well that ends well!

Excellent service and excellent fabrics! Will order again!

I ordered a lot of fabrics in my first order.
I was super happy, as the shipping was really fast.
But when I opened my order one fabric was missing. Since weeks I try to contact them, no replies. Customer service is actually not existing there, what is super disappointing.

I'm giving five stars because I can't give My Little Coupon 10 out of 5! I only have good things to say about this beautiful shop.
I have made three purchases comprised of around 10 to 15 fabrics so far, and the quality has been beyond exceptional. Mind you, I didn't even buy the most "exclusive" fabrics on offer! I just grabbed the best deals! It's heaven.
In addition to the exquisite quality, the people behind this shop are wonderful and very responsive, really listening and caring and eager to do good and better. The shipping is seamless (I live in Sweden and receive my packages on average in 5 days, to my doorstep, for a modest fee).
If you are hesitating, wondering, just go ahead and give My Little Coupon a try. You'll be hooked.

Fantastic fabrics and fantastic service! As a suggestion, would be very helpful to have videos to every type of fabric that is available.

Nice and super quick delivery (only 2 days). 1 star less because the color of the fabric is different to the pictures - more normal grey that light grey. But the fabric is super special and the order process was very easy and comfortable.
