Great service, but not impressed with the end result.
I have a loan today. Eight of the Nine results I received was for more than the interest rate I currently pay. Only one was for less, and not even more than one percent lower. What disturbed me, is that it didn't seem as if they tried to get me the best deal. They tried to get me eight terrible deals and one ok deal, hoping I would pick that one, which was the only one. They even sent me the papers to sign for the best deal. It just seemed to easy and as if they're getting a kickback from the company who's papers I received. If there was two or three deals better than what I have today it would have been more believable. I will never use MyLoan again. It feels rigged.
