Loan care is the VERY worst company to…

Loan care is the VERY worst company to work with. I have bought 7 homes before with minimal issues. The company is AWFUL! My loan was paid last week and they still want to pull automated payments.I have paid over $2,000.00 a month and am glad there out of my life. Also there website is NOT customer friendly. Half the time its broke. Very inept organization. Wanted to cancel them sending me bills as I paid the loan off 2 1/2 years early. They charge for every bill they send me even though the funds were automatically removed from my account. It's like pulling teeth to get them to stop charging me. Seems to me the regular employees are fine. The higher ups in this awful company are inept and don't care about there customers. If your considering using this company PLEASE DO NOT!
