My boiler worked perfectly before it was serviced by this company. The very first time I tried the hot water an hour or two after it was serviced it didn’t work.
When I complained I was told that my version of events was not plausible. I was also told there was no guarantee that a boiler would work after a service. He refused to take any action.

Chris is really professional in his job , very courteous and respectful of property and pets. Very knowledgeable and explained the working of my boiler to me. Everything left neat and tidy

Absolutely fantastic. Booked in for a service, rang half an hour before arriving and the engineer was really efficient and professional. Received communication as a follow up within 2 hours of the service being complete. Would recommend.

So impressed with the service received.

Not knowing anything about boilers Tony was available on the phone to help me with technical questions and advice, the fitter was quick efficient and fitted my new boiler with very little disruption and no mess at all. This company needs to learn customer service skills. Reported leaking water from boiler, engineer arrived with terrible attitude and was aggressive saying there was no leak.
Secondly the manager of the company told me too Google my boiler issue making me fix it myself. Please avoid

Chris phoned ahead to inform me of his arrival time which was useful. He was pleasant and polite. He carried out a thorough service of the boiler and answered all questions. An email copy of the report was sent very promptly. First class, professional service.
