My boiler worked perfectly before it…

My boiler worked perfectly before it was serviced by this company. The very first time I tried the hot water an hour or two after it was serviced it didn’t work.
When I complained I was told that my version of events was not plausible. I was also told there was no guarantee that a boiler would work after a service. He refused to take any action.

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic. Booked in for a service, rang half an hour before arriving and the engineer was really efficient and professional. Received communication as a follow up within 2 hours of the service being complete. Would recommend.

Really engaging friendly and helpful…

Really engaging friendly and helpful company. Not knowing anything about boilers Tony was available on the phone to help me with technical questions and advice, the fitter was quick efficient and fitted my new boiler with very little disruption and no mess at all. From start to finish excellent service and would certainly recommend

Be aware of these they are very rude and intimidating

This company needs to learn customer service skills. Reported leaking water from boiler, engineer arrived with terrible attitude and was aggressive saying there was no leak.
Secondly the manager of the company told me too Google my boiler issue making me fix it myself. Please avoid

Very happy with service

⁹Chris phoned to let me know the time he was arriving. He was polite,completed the job and informed me that the paperwork had also been completed. I recieved an email with the report the same day.
