If you have something broken in the apartment, they will never send anyone to solve the problem. But good news is, they will seek every little problem when you checking out.

A successful first time home purchase!

Dominic was fantastic! It took 5 months for our purchase to complete and he was helpful, accessible and communicative throughout the entire process. He really helped us push thing an over the finish line when we got to the end of the process, helping us avoid having to move into temporary accommodation between properties. We would certainly recommend him to anyone!

In very safe hands

Dominic Kilgallon was reliable, quick to respond and kept me updated and informed throughout the sale of my Royal Wharf apartment. We had a couple of false starts with prospective buyers, but Dominic remained committed and secured a buyer within the time frame I needed. He went above and beyond assisting with arranging a tradesperson for minor repairs prior to sale (as I am an overseas investor) and I felt in safe hands throughout the process. Definitely recommend.

MyLondonHome have just sold my central london flat.
It was a long haul, but we made it and in my view they are a truly great central london estate agency. This is why:
o They work INCREDIBLY hard. They don't just show properties they also vet clients, keep track of all viewings and when necessary, re-call them when things change.
o They helped me prepare the flat. And discussed marketing strategies.
o They highlighted my property when it needed it (at their expense)
o They just never gave up even though we had some offers fall through.
They were friendly, helpful, efficient and hard working - who could ask for more?
Thank you MyLondonHome.

Successful property sale

I needed to sell my flat and I was recommended MLH by another (rental only) property agent. MLH we’re able to secure an offer above asking price which was a great first step and through the entire process have been very helpful and communicated really well with all parties and we were able to reach a successful outcome. Thanks Steven, Wendy and Dominic!

Very professional service from both Luke and Wendy. Wendy was crucial in getting the sale done and she did a tremendous job dealing with both mine and vendor's solicitors. Many thanks to her.

Excellent Experience

Excellent service from the start to the end. First, it was Rob then Chris dealing with the sell of my flat. I find the team very helpful and professional. They always provide feedback after each viewing unlike other Estate Agencies I had used in the past where one had to chase for this information. I will
recommend MyLondonHome and absolutely use them again. Many thanks to Chris Ashman-Adams and Wendy Gould.

Good support from the Lower Marsh team…

Good support from the Lower Marsh team in selling my apartment. From the time of enquiry to completion they were very helpful. Communication was good and they were always available. They kept me in touch with viewings and progress, were able to suggest solicitors/conveyancing people to use and were able to remind me about he process. They were able to secure another few thousand for me on the asking price :) great support and advice. Thank you

We were extremely impressed by our experience of My London Home. The staff are on the ball and responsive and do seem to go one step further. They also communicate outside office hours when the need arises. We felt totally supported by them throughout the sale of our apartment.

STAY AWAY - read this before engaging with MyLondonHome

I wouldn’t trust most of the reviews giving this company high ratings. They are likely paid for. They are amateur at best and will likely use cheap sales tactics to con you out of your money. My advice as a seasoned property investor - your time and money are valuable, don’t let MyLondonHome waste them.

In particular, an individual named Andrew Griffith whose profile on the website says he’s an MD and talks about integrity and honesty - this man is actually quite the opposite. When he wants your money, he will chase you down and go to any lengths to manipulate and convince you to proceed with a purchase with them, stating authenticity, even when they likely do not have an agreed property to sell. Very misleading and if that is the quality of leadership, you can understand what the standards of the firm might be. And of course, once they’ve convinced you to make initial payments, and the deal falls through (because it likely didn’t exist in the first place), Andrew disappears and is practically impossible to get a hold of, without acknowledgement of voice mail either. Not even an apology (most agencies would call you back with an explanation but not Andrew). They are very polite and convincing when they talk to you - making it feel like you couldn’t have made a better choice. They will call you multiple times a day, send you a lot of email, but once they’ve got your attention and engagement, and it comes to delivery, mediocre would be an overstatement. This is a tactic typically used to drive up leads making the company look successful.

As a global property portfolio owner, if this is the standard of service, I would shudder to think what a first time buyer might experience with them . As an experienced professional in personal real estate, my advice would be to look elsewhere. Look for a firm that cares about customers and doesn’t make them chase agents down everyday. I’ve worked with agencies around the world and this has been by far the poorest experience. There are many boutique and professional agencies in the UK and MyLondonHome is the one you probably want to stay as far away from as possible. And if it gets to a point where Andrew is engaged, turn around and run.

My advice - stay away unless you want to end up on the losing side. You will lose time and money and likely won’t be getting a great deal working with them. If you do end up proceeding with them, let me know once you’ve been thoroughly disappointed by their misleading tactics.

Chris was quite simply the epitome of…

Chris was quite simply the epitome of what an estate agent should aspire to be during our experience as first time buyers. He was extremely informative about the property on our first few viewings of the property and then guided us through the process in a supportive, diligent and professional manner right up until we received the keys. He was always on hand to either talk on the phone or text throughout all the potentially overwhelming moments, and his wisdom and reassurance made a significant impact on our experience and general happiness throughout the past few months.

We had been in contact with a number of other agents during our house hunt and to be honest Chris has really left them in the dust when it comes to every facet of their job. He is utterly professional without being overbearing or typically estate-agenty, which has been a breath of fresh air.

I couldn't recommend him highly enough and think he's not only the best estate agent I've ever come across but surely one of the best in the country with the way that he's conducted himself with our flat purchase. A rare gem indeed. If we ever delve back into the market he will be the first person I'll be calling. Our utmost gratitude again!

Literally garbage

I have literally received 20 letters from these guys asking if I want to sell my flat. I don't. Stop spamming me and wasting resources.
