Elisha has been very helpful, clear, professional, and took her time to explain everything in relation to the tenancy and property. She also patiently answered all the questions i had.

This is one of the worst agencies I’ve…

This is one of the worst agencies I’ve ever worked with. Unorganised and unprofessional service. The contract they gave you is absolutely terrible. I was forced to pay £600 “re-let fee” instead of £50 even I found a new tenant by myself and they don’t even have to do anything just to send a new contract…
They forced me to cover £245 the deep cleaning for the next tenant however it is not my responsibility to prepare the rental property for the new tenant.

Move In review

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Luke Barnett and Kieran Johnson.
I applied for a property and they were extremely transparent, upfront and quick to help me sort everything out. They made what would normally be a very stressful time so much easier. Can’t fault anything either of them have done.

Dishonest Agency

I had a very disappointing experience with X1 Sales and Lettings.

Communication was extremely poor throughout, and dealing with the team—particularly Liverpool Credit Control Manager —was unnecessarily stressful. Simple queries were either ignored or met with unhelpful responses, which only added to the frustration.

I was also concerned about how certain matters were handled, including what appeared to be a lack of transparency and accountability. They have flouted the GDPR policy. This left me feeling uneasy and lacking confidence in their processes.

Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution before engaging their services. I have complained to their senior leadership and awaiting response. I strongly believe the concerned Manager's conduct warrants serious consequences, and I will continue to pursue this issue until it is properly addressed.

Friendly, welcoming and stress-free

Isabella was absolutely lovely during the viewing. She was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel really comfortable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and didn’t rush anything, which I really appreciated. A great viewing experience overall—thank you!

Dealing with my Senior Account Manager of X1 the company as the unit’s landlord

I am the current landlord of The Studios in Liverpool. In the past month or so, I came to great difficulty in securing response from the Senior Account Manager of X1 the company. While appreciating her effort in lining up the new tenancy for me (though it would be that much better if I would be consulted in advance before any commitment made), I recall from her last response to me in mid March that it was made to expedite the transaction and thus made at a little lower than the market price. But when I raised further questions regarding this new tenancy through emails to her on 19, 24 of March and 8 April, sadly she seemed too busy in responding to me. I understand that being a property manager, she relies on expenses incurred amid the tenancy. But I feel that she also owes me a duty to me by attending to my request and not just interested in making earning from these expenses. By recording this, I hope to provide a balanced picture in the review for this company, X1. I still trust that X1 the company is still keen in resolving this issue with me positively and I look forward to her reply to my email to her again earlier today.

The Star of X1 Lettings

I had the pleasure of chatting with Elisha both through email and at my viewing. She was extremely bubbly, welcoming and knowledgeable with any questions or queries that I had about the property. I have never had a letting agent reply so quickly and be so proactive when sorting out an application, everything was completed in less than 24 hours!!! Elisha you are a STAR :)

Pathetic and useless

Pathetic and useless.
Send them a email on Friday at 2.30pm and the lady in charge hasn't even read it by Monday.
And then they act surprise when you tell them they are so utterly out of their depth

I had a leaking tap

I had a leaking tap, and I cannot speak more highly of the x1 lettings team.
They got on the case from the get go and it was resolved as a matter of urgency.

My Experience at the platform

Staff are always helpful and the building is the best i’ve been in so far for the price i have loved being here, Nick has been the soundest guy always been there whenever i’ve needed him even when its just for letting me in my room when ive left my keys ahah but the only thing i would change is that the mail (letters)goes in the letter box would be better for my mail
