This is a SCAM. I can’t believe I fell for this.
Ordered a personalized keychain and paid usd50 just to get emails that my order was shipped, then another email saying there was a mistake, then again one more email saying that my order was lost and I now lost all hope in getting my item.
About refund, I asked for it twice and no answer for the last 2 weeks.
I ordered the bracelet and within a few weeks received an email that my order was on the way. I tried to use the tracking number and it didn’t work. I emailed them back and they said it had not actually shipped yet and give it a few days. I tried again and it never worked. I emailed again. I finally received a small plastic box. Not the bracelets and not what I ordered. Now I’ve been in an email argument with them and they’re refusing to ship the bracelets if I don’t pay to return the plastic box! I’ve already paid for the bracelet, shipping, and handling. I won’t spend any more money and I’m reporting them for fraud.

AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME I NEED TO CALL THE POST OFFICE TO FIND NY PACKAGE.... AFTER IT SHOWED THAT IT CAME TO DAYTON OHIO AND LEFT FOR CALIFORNIA.... ITS A SCAM.... DONT BUY....
