Horrendous experience Waste of monet exceptional poor standrad goods.

This is my response to my being sent one chair that was split in half, then as it states as a gesture of goodwill they replaced it - implying i had caused damage. Well the replacement was then faulty with white spots and no chance of them replacing Mind u the liklihood of another faulty one seems high. Attitude on phone dreadful as i explained i was away so could not open parcel in time zone .. But i guess the dont care attitude prevails reading other revies.

For clarity, consumer purchases in the UK are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which replaced the Sale of Goods Act for consumer transactions. We have assessed this matter in line with the applicable legislation and our published Shipping & Returns Policy.

As outlined in our policy, customers are required to inspect items upon delivery and report any damage or defects within 48 hours, supported by clear images, so that we can assess whether an issue relates to a manufacturing or transit fault. Issues reported outside this timeframe, particularly where only minor cosmetic marks are present, cannot always be treated as faults present at delivery.

In this case, the marks shown in the images provided were reported 12 days after delivery and do not demonstrate a manufacturing or transit defect. We would also note that we contacted you shortly after delivery to check that everything was satisfactory, but no issues were raised at that time. We also note that a replacement chair was already supplied previously as a gesture of goodwill, despite the delayed reporting.

Based on the information available and in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and our policy, we are unable to offer any further replacement, refund, or compensation.

Charged an amount then took more out my bank than they should off, worst company ever , and it's a tiny small bottle of oil , you can buy the same thing on amazon for £5.99 for 100ml NOT 30ml @ £20 ,!!!!!!!+ RiP of definitely scamming "DONT USE THESE PEOPLE" gota put a dispute into the bank now grrrrr

I ordered a lamp from Lumenx in June 2023 and still have received nothing 9 months later I emailed the company and messaged them on instagram and never received a response. Don't order anything from them, you're throwing your money away!

Ordered 4 sister lamps for over £200 in may last year, 2023.....I received confirmation, progress details and courier details.
All to no avail, I contacted them weekly, with no response....

I guess I’m one of the “lucky” ones

I guess I’m one of the “lucky” ones. As I was trying to check out on their website for a $47 electric water flosser, there was page after page of endless “offers” for various warranties and miscellaneous products. When I was finally able to check out, I had somehow, as scammers tend to do, I was charged some extra 84 or so dollars. I did send an angry email, which I figured was an exercise in futility. Surprisingly, I received an email from them agreeing to refund the extra charges, which my bank statement confirmed they had. I even received my flosser in two or three weeks. However, it was the cheapest piece of, well, you know, I have seen maybe ever. It was entirely made of cheap plastic and was virtually unusable, so in that sense, I was scammed out of $47. The instructions, such as they were, were laughable and totally useless. I was about to just chuck it in the garbage, but decided to keep it for whenever I needed a good laugh.

Complete scam

This is a scam! Do not order.

Ordered a lamp in July 2023 and I have still not received the product or managed to get in touch with anyone at the company. It looked legitimate at first, both from their IG and website, but I think it’s very clear to everyone at this point that this is 100% fake.

Haven't received my order!!!

I have made an order in June 2023. But lamp which I have ordered never arrived. I tried to contact customer service, but no response there either.
Trucing number says that my order was not dispatched. And now website don't work either, so do not even know how to get my money back.
Disappointment.

Not a real business. Do not order.

I ordered a set of 5 cordless lamps in December. It was my second order - my previous one was back in August and I was able to receive it, so didn't think twice. Back then, I noticed that the email wasn't working, but since I received my order, I thought maybe it was a temporary glitch.

It's not temporary. This business isn't in operation. My lights this time never came. No shipment notification. Email is still down. Nothing. I was hopeful it was just the season... it's not. And now, the website is offline. The Instagram account is gone. And reading that this actually goes back so many months - it's unconscionable. I think I just happened to luck out to receive a lamp last summer.

Do not order from this business.

Never gotten the lamp nor a refund!

Bought a lamp that is apparently ready for pick up in the Netherlands although the delivery address is in Germany. Tried to reach them and they were very nice and apologising. But all of the sudden they went no contact. Couldn’t reach anyone, neither via e-mail nor telefone. Still haven’t received the lamp or a refund! Now I finde out the website is no longer online. Total scam! Stay away!!!!
