I ordered a book last Sunday 09 08…Bad Communication

I ordered a book last Sunday 09 08 2026. I received the book today nothing wrong with the book it's beautiful. The problem I have with them is computation,I didn't even get a confirmation e mail,I had to write to them to find out they had received my order,then I got a short reply back saying yes received. Then it got to the Wednesday and still nothing,stating when ordered 2 to 3 days delivery. Once again I wrote to them to ask what was going on,the reply was,We do not work w/ends and that they had started on it on Monday 10 08 2026. I was expecting it by Thursday but still no communication from them. I waited till Friday and once again I wrote to them again and once again I got know reply. Saturday came and know, we got an email off them giving me a tracking number,when putting the number it it already stated delivered. It was left at the bottom of our caravan site by the post office. The trouble with this business is very,very bad communication on their part. They need to address this and get better for all concerned.
