The quality of the product is very good! I wash it almost everyday in dishwasher and it still looks very good and name is still on without damages. That's why I make it as present to many of my friends.

Nice product that the kids love
1. It was not clear from the website if pictures would print around a bottle or only in a small rectangle area as the examples and tool showed.
2. The lock button of the lunch box breaks easily despite what the company says. It would be nice if one could buy only the lids.
3. Really fast service.
4. The dimensions of products are not always given.
5. Scrolling through the options for pictures could be made more user friendly.
