Stay away…

I unfortunately cannot recommend this shop. I have been waiting for my order for two years, and the few emails they do answer only postpone the delivery week after week, month after month—if the shop owner replies at all. When I asked for a refund instead, the only response I received was that she no longer had my information and would ship the item within the next week. Yes, the item has to be handmade, but that does not justify a two-year delay.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. The creator/owner Louise or alias Irene Jensen, does not respond to emails or inquiries about your order, until several weeks or months go by.

I ordered a small shipment of miniature door handles, and waited three months before sending Louise an inquiry about what is going on with my order. She replied to my email and offered that she could make the items that week and send them promptly, or she would issue a refund. I asked for a refund.

A month rolls by and NO ANSWER from Louise (Irene?). I send another email today, and hoping for a response. I want my money back.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced online. The owner takes a very cavalier approach to providing her customers a reasonable estimated wait time to mail out what you purchased.

I would not give it a 'one-star' rating, as this is the minimum that you can choose. I would rate it a ZERO score out of five.

Unbelievable and how disrespectful this company is towards their online customers.
