Well I do wish I'd read the reviews on Trust pilot before I purchased from this company. So many negative experiences, like mine. Having purchased 2 sets of 'Magic Pens' as gifts for young family members and only having had minor success at actually creating any transfers, (not I hasten to add, due to not following instructions for use), I contacted the company and received a stock reply via email with a link to the instructions for use, telling me to follow the instructions. Have had no response to my follow up email to them, so I do not anticipate any level of refund to be forthcoming and will try to persue through my payment method.
Poor customer service, poor product, poor company record. I can only re-assert what others have already said on this platform and that is to avoid this company if you don't want to waste your hard earned money.

With so many bad reviews on this website ( which I unfortunately didn't see until after I placed my order) I wonder how this company is able to continue trading. My experience exactly the same as all the others here. Didn't receive what I expected, the website uses absolutely awful flash offers as you're trying to order, with a countdown time limit before expiry - and the order took twice as long to arrive as promised. They have been responding to emails and now want a screenshot of what I have received. Am going to take the pens to my daughter and children at the weekend aged 5 and 3, and will reserve final judgment until then, but I'm not feeling very confident about the product at all, not to mention annoyed with myself for being taken in by it all!

Folks, avoid like the plague! Can’t say anything about the product as it never arrived.

Have tried to make contact with them to make them aware and been met with a wall of silence… no emails, no refunds, nothing.

If you’re doing a Spring clean and find some money you want to throw away, this is the product and company for you.

If you want to disappoint your daughter on her birthday by telling her “sorry, we couldn’t get it” then this is the product for you.

Terrible company, I only received 1 packet, when I know I availed off a so called special offer to ensure I had a two pack. I complained and got 30% refund, but the product is utterly rubbish!!! It doesn't work, 3 adults tried, 2 kids got bored and gave up, eventually got one to work and it broke apart in the water immediately. Total scam.

AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY

I made an impulse buy, but on the screen for purchase it came up with a 404-page error. I assumed it had failed, but they still took the payment.

I immediately emailed to cancel the order but they wouldn't and said it would not be possible as they had already processed the order.

Fast forward 4 weeks, the product finally arrives.

This product comes direct from China, so expect a massive delay in ordering to receiving. The company does not comply with UK law and refuses to offer refunds (they said this in an email) or returns.

I've written this product off as I can't be bothered to follow it up anymore. If you really want this product, then as others have said, go on Amazon, get it for 75% cheaper, next day delivery and they comply with the law.

DO NOT BUY THESE PENS! They are rubbish. I bought these pens for my 7 year old granddaughter for a Christmas present, first of all apparently I was getting 2 packs for price of one for £29.95. They came in the same box but with 2 spoons. We watched the video on how to use these pens and we had a small card with instructions on, but how they expect a child to use and enjoy these pens is beyond me, 4 adults also tried using these pens and only 1 adult after trying for ages managed to get the drawing of the spoon and into the water but what he drew broke up once it touched the water. It doesn’t look anything like in the videos. Complete and utter load of rubbish and a waste of money. Contacted the company for a refund but they would only offer me an exchange for something else in their website and there is nothing for a 7 year old only these rubbish pens

Awful company. Do not buy from this company. They send so much spam and don’t answer any questions once they have your money. The products are awful…that’s if they actually ever arrive. Would advise anyone who has ordered from them to report them to the bank for fraudulent activity.

Terrible company, was for a Christmas present didn’t arrive on time, wouldn’t even offer a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CO. Ordered and received immediate dispatch/ shipping notifications that are lies - chased and chased the order for 5 weeks and they are great at sending nonsense marketing emails but the actual order and process is a joke. Gone round and round in circles trying to find out what happened to the order. They don't accept returns (despite the order missing a birthday they were ordered for) Claimed they would offer a 30% discount but then disappeared with no refund and no response to emails now. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED. I never leave -ve reviews but this company is a joke. Clearly creating a false pretence on who they are and how they operate. AVOID.
