I was very confused about my AVCs due to having changed employers. Sandra from My Money Matters was really responsive and extremely helpful. She never once made me feel like I was asking a stupid question and patiently helped me sort out my account.

I had a question about my Shared Cost AVC- I'd made an error on an online form and didn't understand the process. I spoke to Katie who was really very helpful and professional. She talked me through the whole process and explained the different options available and offered further help if I needed it in future. It really was great customer service and gave me confidence in MMM.

I contact My Money Matters service desk/support team which was quick and easy to do. The agent Katie who answered my call was very friendly, knowledgeable and giving me concise answers and providing me with the reassurance I needed regarding my Shared Cost AVC's.
