i spoke to the online assistant who thankfully was a real person and not one if those frustrating bots!

Speaking to an individual makes a positive service. Being able to ask questions and awareness of who maybe able to provide me with an answer if they are unable to help made such a good difference. Having my issues addressed was a great benefit to achieving the outcome I needed.
