first they had the wrong moving date, then they were an hour late, they kept asking about tips before they lifted one box. They broke 40% of my furniture, computer monitor, antiques, glass table, lamp and statues head knocked off. ON top of all of that, they got in a loud screaming verbal argument in the front yard in front of all the neighbors!! They are not 5 stars!!! they lied!!!!!
I would recommend Monster Movers to anyone moving to Florida - their long distance moving services are the best be have had in our 12 military moves over 20+ years. We had to pay for this move on our own so we didn't use a van line so cost was a huge factor and they were affordable. We considered pods but after hearing the horror stories with billing we decided it would be best to go with a carrier. The crew was prompt, prepared and kind.
