As others have mentioned, during a USPS address change there is an option to change your voter registration as well due to the new address. If you select this option, instead of taking you to the p... See more

This should be illegal! Directed here to update my voting address and like others mentioned, you CANNOT proceed unless you select to share your info with at least one of the promo offers. No thank you... See more
USPS offered to help me update my voter registration. Then it handed my personal info to MyMove, which then proceeded to "help" by not allowing me to proceed until I'd filled out a request for car i... See more
Would give it zero stars if I could. This is one of the worst experiences I have come across. It's straight up predatory. USPS needs to cancel this partnership as soon as possible. You cannot avoid gi... See more

How is this not illegal
How is this not illegal? The USPS should be ashamed. They are forcing people into all kinds of scams. This is disgusting.
straight up scam
there's nothing i can say that everyone else already hasn't. i don't understand how they are partnered with usps
Deceptive
Deceptive, and predatory in how they try to force the USPS to provide user data to them
Scam
Scam, USPS are scammers as well, they send you to this website to trick users into signing up for spam
Honestly
Honestly, couldn't believe the site wouldn't let be get to address change and voter reg. without picking offers from various merchants, and when I somehow got around them I still immediately got solicitations from Walmart with mymove written on it- so they used my info without my consent anyway.... this is disgusting!
The equivalent of scamming
The equivalent of scamming. They want your information and they sell it to whoever is willing to buy it, they pretend to be a part of the post office because they cannot to legitimate business on there own. As someone else mentioned, I believe it's illegal or very close to it what they do. If I was in law I would pursue you to take the money that you attempt to scum away from people who aren't aware they are doing business with some random crooks. Be better human beings.
This should be illegal
This should be illegal. 70yo. To change address for a US post office. Why do I give personal information to a company I've never heard of and wouldn't normally? I'm shocked. I don't even know if the change of address is complete.
Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage, force you to sign up for promo offers just to use their service. Braindead site designers force you to go through an entire car insurance quote to even get close to updating your voter registration, with no option to say I DON'T HAVE A CAR
Disgusting
Disgusting use of Public funding to funnel information into a private product. USPS automatically redirects to their site when registering an address change, and the site /requires/ that you sign away your information before it will register your new voting location.
I pay taxes so that the government will provide these services, not so some private leech can steal and resell citizen data. I hope they're sued into the ground.
Absolute trash and USPS using it should…
Absolute trash and USPS using it should be illegal
Bait-and-switch...time-wasting ads
Promises voter registration, delivers nothing but pages upon pages of ads. Absolutely terrible. I can't believe this is associated with the USPS somehow...unreal.
This is one of the only instances where…
This is one of the only instances where I’ve looked at a product or service and said, “this should be outright illegal”. It is absolutely absurd that a government agency, the United States Postal Service, has natively integrated this predatory service into the baseline functionality of their own services. Want to change your address? Sure, but not until you select one of MyMoves ‘deals’ and you agree to receiving junk mail for the rest of your life. Want to update your voter registration? Sure, but only after you allow MyMove to take your personal information and provide a car insurance quote you didn’t ask for. You also can’t skip this process. This is interjected in the middle of filling out government forms and official information. Not only does this make me absolutely despise MyMove, it degrades what little faith and trust I had left in the USPS.
You are actively introducing artificial roadblocks to an already frustrating process. You’re relying on the fact that every citizen of the US will be required to perform these actions at some point in order to nickel and dime your way into a profit. This is a shining example of late-stage capitalism. MyMove, and the USPS, should be absolutely ashamed. They won’t be though. They will continue to take your money and perform these anti-consumer practices - because we have no other option. Advocate for new USPS leadership and vote. We must remove the people making these decisions.
Bloatware that is somehow offered on…
Bloatware that is somehow offered on the USPS website. Terrible and make it impossible to unsubscribe from emails
Literally garbage bloatware
Literally garbage bloatware. They just try to force a bunch of offers from failing companies on when you're just trying to change your address. I don't know how much these people paid USPS but they are awful.
Do not use this company
I was called by my move price to quote my move. The communication through out the process was unimpressive, the company they brokered to move me could not get me a correct time of move until the night before. The movers stated they would complete the move at 8 AM, they did not arrive until 10:30 AM and had forgotten the key to the back of the truck, so the move did not start until around 1. They company grossly under quoted me, I was quoted 1600 and once the gentleman finished loading he stated that it would be 2000 more than what I was quoted. Additionally they did not make the date they said my items would get there and my television was broken. I have called multiple times to find out how this situation will be resolved and have not heard anything back. Do not use this company, it was one of the most stressful weeks I have ever had.
Scam site thats somehow pushed by USPS
Updating address and voter registration online at USPS. Somehow was transferred to this website. I thought I made a mistake at first. It was no mistake. The USPS website forces you to this scam site instead of letting you update voter registration after changing your address. How is this possible? Total garbage promoted by the USPS while trying to use their services.
A scam and a scandal
As the 96% of reviewers here state clearly and forcefully, this is a scam and a scandal. (There is a single positive review, by an anonymous poster named “shopper“…)
How this email harvesting business managed to get a contract with the US Postal Service is a scandal that should be investigated and those responsible should be fired or jailed.
This is one of the most outrageous cases of brazen corruption I’ve seen in a long time. I wonder if the Postmaster, Mr. DeJoy, appointed by you-know-who, had a hand in it…
Predatory and unethical
I can’t effing figure out how to move forward with my voter registration change without signing up for a bunch of crap commercial offers. Disgusting that the USPS official change of address form routed me to mymove.
Makes me feel frustrated, like I’m missing something, and taken advantage of during the peak stress of moving. Shame on the USPS and shame on Mymove
More cronyism in the government
More cronyism in the government. Why is a private third party required to change your address with USPS? What a great insider deal for this company.
Government-supported spam
Government-supported spam. You can't actually change your address with USPS without getting on their list.
